We need whole, rather large and beautiful champignon mushrooms - we will bake them whole, a little mayonnaise, spices, if you want - bouillon cubes, mushroom and chicken. The cubes add a bright flavor to this dish, but they are completely optional.

Whole champignons 1.2-1.5 kg

mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp. spoons

spices - to your taste, for example, chicken spices or all-purpose

salt? teaspoon

instead of spices and salt, you can add 1 chicken and 1 mushroom bouillon cubes

Baked champignons preparation. We do this: soak the mushrooms for about five minutes, and then rinse them well. Add mayonnaise, salt and spices (or bouillon cubes), and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour (2-3 is possible) in a cool place. However, if you are in a hurry, marinate for 30 minutes :)

Then we simply put the champignons in a bag (or sleeve) for baking and put them in the oven, heated to 200 (approximately) degrees.

You need to bake for approximately 30 minutes, but do not forget to control the final stage of the process. If you want the mushrooms to be golden brown, leave them longer.

30 pieces of large champignons,

100-150 grams of cheese,

5-6 tablespoons of sour cream 20-25% fat,

1 small bunch of dill,

Separate the stems from the caps. Using a sharp knife and a teaspoon, carefully remove the pulp from the mushroom cap.

Cut the pulp and stems of the mushrooms into small cubes.

Ingredients:

To prepare stuffed champignons, you need to select larger or medium-sized mushrooms so that you have SOMETHING to stuff. The champignons need to be wiped free of dirt with a damp cloth. If the mushrooms are very dirty, then wash them under running cold water, just do not immerse them entirely in water, since champignons absorb a lot of water very quickly, and we don’t need this wateriness at all.

Now let's cook stuffing.

Turn out the legs of the champignons, peel them from the skirts and finely chop them.

Peel the onion and finely chop it too.

Place a frying pan with vegetable oil on the fire and put the onion in it. As soon as the onion absorbs the oil, add the chopped champignon legs to it. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything and simmer for 5 minutes.

Cut the ham into thin long pieces. Add it to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Keep in mind - the filling should not be dry!

Now we stuff the champignon caps with the resulting filling.

Coat the top with mayonnaise.

Grind the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it on top of the stuffed champignons.

Lightly grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the prepared stuffed champignons with cheese in it. Place the champignons to bake in a preheated oven. Baked stuffed champignons with cheese will be ready as soon as the cheese melts and “tans” a little.

For our purposes, it is best to select medium-sized and large-sized mushrooms, and let’s set aside the smaller ones so that we can then stew them in sour cream. But we will stew them another time, and today baked champignons will grace our table.

Food preparation

My friends, let's first clean the champignons from possible contaminants by simply gently wiping them with a damp cloth. I don’t recommend washing these mushrooms, as they will become soft and watery from water treatments, and we don’t need that at all.

Secondly, grab the champignon by the cap with one hand, and with the other hand, using gentle twisting movements, leave it without a stem, and do this with each mushroom.

Salt the mushroom caps and leave them alone for a while, and chop the stems quite finely. We chop the onion just as finely, and the garlic even finer. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Preparing stuffed champignons

In a well-heated frying pan, lightly fry the onion, add finely chopped champignon legs to it and, adding salt and pepper lightly, fry for a few more minutes, stirring. Then turn off the heat and sprinkle the contents of the pan with chopped garlic and half the grated cheese. Mix everything thoroughly and let it cool a little - the filling, one might say, is ready.
