1 ripe pear;

Half a glass of strong beer, butter and cocoa powder;

1.5 tbsp. bitter chocolate chips;
half a glass of high fat cream;
1 tbsp. l. without a heap of cornstarch;
3 tsp. Irish whiskey

To cover:

Half a glass of butter;
¾ cup powdered sugar;
3 tbsp. l. Irish cream;
a small bag of vanilla;
salt (pinch).

Cooking instructions:

1. Combine butter with beer and bring to a boil. Add cocoa, stir until smooth. Remove from stove and cool.
