How to make a non-alcoholic cocktail. Recipes for non-alcoholic cocktails at home. Classic non-alcoholic mulled wine made with grape juice

Greetings, our dear readers. Summer is coming, it’s already hot somewhere and the topic immediately ripened is how to quench your thirst quickly and at home? Of course, these are refreshing drinks, of which there are a huge variety.

In the stuffy hot summer, the body needs moisture. But I think many people know this situation: you buy sparkling water in a store, either sweet or plain, and drink a bottle. And after a while we go to the store again to buy more soda. And so, practically, a vicious circle.

But smart housewives and bartenders know how to break this circle. They know what refreshing drinks can quench their thirst. Moreover, such drinks have been made since ancient times, for example fruit drinks made from berries. They cook and make homemade soft drinks. What about kvass? This is generally a separate story, worthy of a separate article on our blog.

All this not only helps to quench your thirst, but also to gain vitamins. And the benefits from fructose will be incomparably greater than from simple sugar. We present you simple, healthy and tasty soft drinks for the whole family.

This is perhaps the simplest option. At the same time, it perfectly removes thirst. It can be sour or sweet with a slight sourness - it all depends on you.

Ingredients:

  • Lemon - 0.5 pcs;
  • Sparkling water - 1 liter;
  • Sugar - 5 tablespoons;

Preparation.

The juice is squeezed out of the lemon and poured into a jug for lemonade. Sugar and chopped pulp and lemon zest are added there, everything is mixed and filled with sparkling water. The drink is ready! If desired, you can add ice before serving.

In fact, the amount of sugar and lemon juice in this drink is a matter of taste. Some people like it very sour, others prefer to add more sugar. You can add one or another ingredient to it after cooking. But very quickly you will find your ideal combination and will cook according to your own recipe.

I would also like to introduce you to Turkish lemonade. The drink is very rich in vitamin C, perfectly refreshes and quenches thirst.

Ingredients:

  • Water (cold drinking) - 5 l;
  • Lemon - 7 pcs;
  • Sugar (to taste) - 500-700 g;
  • Mint - 3 pcs (leaves).

Preparation.

Wash the lemons very carefully, because we will use them together with the skin. Then we cut them into arbitrary pieces (not large, but not very small).

Then we put them in the mixer, add a little sugar to make it easier for them to grind, and add mint leaves, if you have them. Everything won’t fit into the mixer at once, so we do it in portions. For those who don’t have a mixer, a hint: you can grate it, but be sure to use some sandpaper.

Grind everything into a paste. Fill our ground lemons with water, add sugar to taste (just don’t forget that sugar takes a long time to dissolve in cold water, so don’t over-sweet it). Do not pour hot water under any circumstances, otherwise you will end up with a bitter drink.

Now we put our pot of lemonade in the refrigerator overnight.

Again, do not leave the drink to infuse at room temperature; it will taste bitter.

The next morning we take the pan out of the refrigerator. The lemons will sink to the bottom. Now this whole thing needs to be strained. You can do it through gauze, or through a sieve, whichever is more convenient for you.

Well, that's all, our drink is ready. Cool down and get some vitamins for your health, delight your family, friends and yourself with a fabulous drink. Cook it just once, at least for a test, and you won’t be able to refuse it.

Stunning refreshing drinks are made from sour berries, such as lingonberries. In addition, there is a huge amount of vitamins, be sure to try it, because it is very easy to prepare.

Refreshing drinks - 20 simple recipes for cool drinks for the hot summer. updated: November 13, 2019 by: Subbotin Pavel

Regular mulled wine is made by adding spices and fruits to wine (usually red) that has been heated but not brought to a boil. If drinking alcoholic beverages is undesirable for some reason, you can prepare non-alcoholic mulled wine according to one of the proposed recipes, replacing the wine with juice: grape, apple or cherry. The result is a fragrant, warming drink that is suitable even for children.

General tips. It is advisable to use fresh homemade or canned juice, but if you don’t have your own supplies, store-bought juice will do. If you don’t like any of the spices or herbs, you don’t have to add them. Cloves and cinnamon are considered “signature”, that is, those that form a characteristic taste and aroma. Stores sell ready-made sets of spices for regular mulled wine, which are also suitable for non-alcoholic wine.

Never bring the juice to a boil (heat no higher than 70-75°C), otherwise the taste will turn out “cooked”. Sweeten the drink to taste with sugar or honey after preparing and pouring into cups or glasses, since not everyone likes sweet mulled wine. Reheating is possible, but not advisable, as some of the flavor will be lost. Pre-soak store-bought fruits and citrus fruits for 3-5 minutes in warm water to remove the preservative that has been used on the surface of the fruit to increase shelf life.

Classic non-alcoholic mulled wine made with grape juice

Thanks to the grape juice, this option tastes closest to traditional wine-based mulled wine recipes. The drink lowers cholesterol, restores the nervous system and improves immunity.

  • cloves – 4 pods;
  • star anise - 2 stars;
  • ginger root - a third or half a teaspoon of ground;
  • ground cinnamon - a quarter teaspoon;
  • nutmeg - on the tip of a knife;
  • lemon – 1 piece.

Recipe

1. Mix all seasonings in a deep bowl.

2. Heat grape juice in a non-metallic saucepan. Turn off the heat when the first bubbles appear, do not bring to a boil.

3. Wash the lemon in hot water, cut it with the peel into 6-8 pieces, remove the seeds.

4. Add seasonings and lemon to the hot juice. Stir and cover with a lid.

5. Before serving, leave the grape mulled wine for 25-30 minutes. Drink hot or warm.
