Beat the contents of the bowl until the mixture turns white. If you use a blender (whisk attachment), this takes a maximum of 1 minute. Some housewives suggest separating the yolks from the whites and whisking them separately from each other. But believe me, this is not necessary. The dough already turns out fluffy and airy.

Mix the mixture one more time, literally for a couple of seconds, with the same blender attachment, and sift the flour into the bowl.

Knead a thick, homogeneous dough. The consistency should be thick, like pancakes. The moisture content of flour varies, so if necessary, add another handful of flour. The dough of ideal consistency will practically not spread when laying out the flatbreads.

That's it, the dough is ready. Line a baking tray with baking paper. If you are not sure about the quality of the paper, be sure to oil it. And with the help of a teaspoon we place small cakes on the paper. Please note that during baking the cakes will spread upward and wider, so the smaller they are, the better. Smaller cakes make it easier to lay out the cake, and they look prettier.

  • Wheat flour – 50 grams.

  • Sour cream – 0.7 kg;
  • Granulated sugar – 150 grams.

Glaze:

Cocoa powder – 3 tablespoons;

Butter – 60 grams.

Let's start cooking:

In a mixer bowl, mix eggs and granulated sugar at medium speed.


Mix the dry ingredients separately and add them in small parts to the mixture.

  • Wheat flour – 0.5 kg;
  • Milk – ½ liter;
  • Granulated sugar – 250 grams;
  • Butter – 1 pack;
  • Vanillin – 1 package;
  • Kiwi fruits – 7 pieces.

Preparing the cream:

Mix half a liter of milk with eggs, wheat flour, granulated sugar and vanillin.

Place on medium heat and wait for it to boil, stirring the mixture continuously. Now put the butter in it and stir. As soon as it boils, turn off the heat.

Mix the base:
