Mix chicken fillet, yolks, peas (set aside 3 peas for decoration), potatoes, garlic, grated cheese, season with mayonnaise and place on a hedgehog-shaped dish.

Preparation:

Meanwhile, prepare the salmon. Drizzle olive oil into a hot frying pan and lightly fry the salmon steak on both sides. We put the salmon in the oven to finish cooking for 10 minutes, and we’ll do the vegetables ourselves. Throw the soaked and lightly washed potatoes into boiling salted water with a teaspoon of vinegar, let it boil and immediately turn it off. Finely shredded potatoes are cooked instantly in boiling water.

Vinegar or lemon juice must be added, otherwise the potatoes will turn into mush.

Shred the pickled cucumbers.

Remove the salmon from the oven, separate the bones and cut into pieces.

Place in a salad bowl, combine with potatoes, spinach, dill, and cucumbers boiled in brine. Pour lemon juice on top. Pour greens, peppers, and herbs to taste onto a mound of salad. Pour the resulting pile of greens with hot sunflower oil and mix everything.

Make a star for decoration from red pepper; you can also decorate the New Year’s salad “New Year’s Tree” with pomegranate seeds.

17) Salad with tongue

Ingredients:
1/2 kg beef tongue (pork tongue is also possible)
1 jar of pickled champignons 3 - 4 pcs. pickled cucumbers
4 eggs
70 g cheese
frozen green peas

Mayonnaise
mustard

Preparation:

Rinse your tongue well, preferably with a brush. Pour in cold water, bring to a boil, add salt, skim off the foam and cook over low heat for at least 2 hours, maximum 4. If you can easily pierce the tip of your tongue with a fork, then it is ready, if not, cook further. When the tongue is cooked, place it in very cold water, remove the skin and cut into slices.

If the mushrooms are very small, leave them whole, and if they are large, cut them.

Grate eggs and cheese on a coarse grater.

Defrost the peas in a bag, otherwise they will dry out and be dry and not beautiful.

Add mustard to mayonnaise to taste. If you don't like mustard, you can just use mayonnaise. Lay out in layers: mushrooms mayonnaise tongue mayonnaise cucumbers eggs mayonnaise cheese mayonnaise peas.

500 gr. lean pork
3 small onions

For the sauce, mayonnaise and sour cream are mixed in equal quantities. Lay the layers and do not press, let them be airy; pour the sauce in a very thin stream.

In order to beautifully lay out the salad, you can use a special mold, but if you don’t have one, it’s okay. You can cut a cylinder from a regular tin can. Take a flat plate and place a form on it that needs to be greased with vegetable oil, this will make it easier to remove when the salad is completely laid out. Place the first layer on the bottom of the mold - chopped chicken meat, which should be greased with mayonnaise. The next layer is chopped prunes, it also needs to be greased with mayonnaise

Ingredients:
500 g chicken fillet
300 g champignons
400 g canned green peas

dill

28) Layered salad with mushrooms and ham

Ingredients:

hard cheese
ham or sausage
fried mushrooms
boiled potatoes
boiled carrots
pickled onion

sugar

Preparation:
The salad is laid out in layers, so first you need to prepare the ingredients for each layer. Boil the potatoes and carrots, fry the mushrooms in a little oil, marinate the onions in a salted mixture of water and vinegar with added sugar. Grate the remaining ingredients on a medium grater.

29) Pink Flamingo Salad

Ingredients:

2 kg unpeeled shrimp
100 g hard cheese
4 boiled eggs
2 pcs. boiled potatoes
2 tomatoes
3 tbsp. l. lemon juice

100 g mayonnaise
100 g Viola cheese
50 ml cream 22%
50 g ketchup
2 cloves garlic

Preparation:
Pour water into a saucepan, boil shrimp with bay leaf, fish seasoning and allspice. Peel the shrimp, cut each shrimp in half, sprinkle the shrimp with lemon juice.
Boil eggs and potatoes separately. Peel separately, grate eggs and potatoes.
Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the juice and seeds, and finely chop the pulp. Finely grate the cheese.
To prepare the sauce, crush the garlic in a press and add to the rest of the ingredients, mix thoroughly, pour the sauce over the shrimp, leave to brew for at least an hour, preferably overnight.
Lay out the salad in layers: a third of the shrimp with sauce, grated potatoes, tomatoes, cheese, eggs, the rest of the shrimp with sauce.
Before serving, decorate the New Year's salad with Pink Flamingo shrimp as desired.

30) Salad “Katerina”

Ingredients:

1 can sweet corn
1 jar of canned champignons
3 small pickles
2 medium red bell peppers
1 small onion
mayonnaise

Preparation:
Cut the onion into fairly small half rings and lightly fry in a small amount of butter until golden brown.
Cut the champignons, if they are large enough, if they are small, you can use them whole. Add the champignons to the frying pan and fry for about five minutes. Cool.
Cut bell peppers and pickles into small cubes. Mix diced peppers and cucumbers, corn with mushrooms and onions.
Season with mayonnaise to taste shortly before serving

31) Meat salad with pistachios

Ingredients:

Champignons - 200g
Ham - 300g
Turkey fillet - 300g
Eggs - 4 pcs.
Cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.
Cheese (hard varieties) - 150g
Roasted pistachios (peeled) - 70g
Bunch of dill, lettuce leaves
Salt
Ground black pepper
Vegetable oil
Mayonnaise

Preparation:
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it, season with salt and pepper, brush with vegetable oil, wrap in foil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 50 minutes. Cool the baked turkey fillet, cut into small cubes or strips.
Boil the eggs, cool, peel, grate on a fine grater, and crumble the pistachios.
Wash the champignons, dry them, cut them into thin slices, fry them in vegetable oil for 8-9 minutes, add salt and cool.
Wash the cucumbers, dry them, cut into cubes, cut the ham into cubes.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, wash the dill, dry it, chop finely.
Wash the lettuce leaves and dry well.

32) Ten-layer New Year's salad

Ingredients:
1 jar of any canned fish (tuna is best, but pink salmon or saury will do)
6 pcs. crab sticks
half a can of corn
1 processed cheese
4 boiled eggs
half an onion or some green onions
1 pack of mayonnaise (200 grams)

Drain excess oil from canned food. Mash the canned food with a fork. Finely chop the crab sticks and onion, grate the cheese, divide the boiled eggs into whites and yolks, mash separately with a fork. The salad is laid out in layers

first layer - scalded onions (you can do without onions) coated with mayonnaise
second layer - one apple, grate on a coarse grater, grease with mayonnaise
third layer - two boiled eggs, grate on a coarse grater, grease with mayonnaise
fourth layer - one carrot, finely grated, mayonnaise
fifth layer - grate the cheese on a fine grater.

34) Salad with seaweed

Ingredients:
250 g seaweed
150 g boiled sausage
2 eggs
3 potato tubers
1 processed cheese
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
salt
100 g mayonnaise
Preparation:

The salad takes about 45 minutes to prepare. Rinse the potatoes well with a brush, add cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Then drain the water, let the potatoes cool, peel and cut into cubes. Wash the eggs, add cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Then drain the water, rinse the eggs with cold water, peel and cut into cubes. Cut the sausage into cubes. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater. Peel and crush the garlic. Mix everything thoroughly, add seaweed, salt and season with mayonnaise.

35) Salad “Uzbekistan”

Salad of boiled beef, daikon radish and fried onions.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g beef
  • 300 g daikon radish (or green radish)
  • 100 g onion
  • 4-5 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 4-5 pcs. allspice corns
  • 2 pcs. bay leaves
  • vegetable oil for frying

A tasty and satisfying meat salad that men will especially like. Instead of white daikon radish, you can use green radish (Margilan).

Preparation:

Boil the beef with allspice and bay leaf for 1-2 hours, until the meat is completely cooked.
At the end of cooking, add salt.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 5-10 minutes until lightly golden.

Cut the beef into very small long pieces (or separate it into fibers with your hands).

Peel the radish and grate it on a coarse grater.

Place beef, radish, and fried onions in a salad bowl. Add a little salt, add mayonnaise, mix well. Beef and radish salad is very filling and juicy.
