  • loaf – 150 grams;

  • egg - 1 piece;
  • lemon;
  • mustard – 1 teaspoon;
  • salt.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the chicken breast and cut into small cubes.
  2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into halves.
  3. Fry the crushed garlic in oil, after which it is removed from the pan.
  4. Cut the loaf into small cubes or bars and add to the prepared garlic butter.

    When the pieces are saturated with oil, take them out, place them on a baking sheet and dry in the oven until golden brown at a temperature of 180-200ºC.

  5. Finely chop the peking leaves and place on the bottom of the plate. Place chicken and chopped tomatoes on top.
  6. Making the dressing is very simple: combine chopped garlic, mustard, lemon juice and yolk. Everything is thoroughly mixed and a spoonful of olive oil is added. Shake the prepared sauce thoroughly and pour over the salad.
  7. Sprinkle the dish with crackers and grated cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Peking leaves;
  • shrimp – 400 grams;
  • tomatoes – 2 pieces;
  • cheese – 180 grams;
  • loaf – 200 grams;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • ready-made Caesar salad dressing;
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. spoon.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the loaf into cubes, add crushed or chopped garlic, add a little salt, place the pieces on a baking sheet and dry in the oven until golden brown.
