  • white cabbage - 300 grams
  • butter - 30 grams for filling
  • chicken egg for filling
  • pinch of salt for filling
  • water 150 ml

Cooking method:

Dissolve yeast in warm milk (100 ml), add 150 grams of flour, knead the dough. Cover with a cloth and place in a warm place for 2 hours. Dissolve salt and sugar in the remaining milk and add the egg. Add this mixture to the prepared dough, also add the remaining flour. Melt 20 grams of butter and add to the dough. Knead thoroughly. Next, cover the dough again with a cloth and leave it in a warm place for another 2 hours (during this time, the dough should be kneaded once).

Finely chop the cabbage, boil the egg hard. Pour water into a heated frying pan, add butter and cabbage. Simmer until tender, cool, add finely chopped boiled egg, stir.

Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and let them rest on a floured surface for 15 minutes.

Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.

Roll out each piece of dough not very thin, place a tablespoon in the middle cabbage filling, pinch the edges of the pie and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment, seam side down! Beat the egg and brush each pie for a beautiful golden brown color. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
