Preparation:

  • 500 gr. turkey fillet;
  • 50 gr. sour cream;
  • 0.5 tablespoon each of refined vegetable oil and butter;
  • 1 small orange or half a large one;
  • salt and spices to taste.

We wash the breast fillet, dry it and cut it into layers, like chops. We make several deep cuts on the pieces with a sharp knife. Rub with salt and sprinkle with black pepper, set the meat aside.

Prepare orange marinade. Wash the fruit thoroughly and scald with boiling water. Grate a little zest (about a teaspoon). Squeeze the juice out of the orange. Mix the juice with vegetable oil, spices and mustard. Pour the marinade over the meat and stir. We leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes, but you can keep the fillet in the marinade longer, it will only turn out tastier.

We make several punctures on top with a knife. Bake at 200 degrees for about half an hour.

Cooking in a slow cooker

It's easy to cook turkey fillet in sour cream sauce in a slow cooker. When cooking, we will additionally use vegetables - onions, carrots, bell peppers.

  • 500 gr. turkey fillet;
  • 100 gr. Luke;
  • 100 gr. carrots;
  • 150 gr. bell pepper;
  • 200 gr. sour cream;
  • 1 tablespoon mustard;
  • 0.5 teaspoon curry seasoning;
  • 50 gr. refined vegetable oil.

Wash the fillet well, dry it, cut into medium-sized pieces. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, add meat and salt. Mix. Cook on the “frying” program (in other models “baking”) for 20 minutes, stir once during the cooking process.
