This vegetable can be stored for about three weeks in the refrigerator, after removing leaves that can take away moisture, without washing. In this case, it is best to wrap it in a damp cloth or just paper and put it in a bag, and it is recommended not to tie the bag, but to keep it open. You can also use a cellar for storage (if you have one). Important! Late varieties of kohlrabi (usually purple in color) grow almost twice as long, but can be stored for up to five months and do not become woody as quickly as early ones.
