  • oatmeal - 5 spoons (half a glass).

How to do.

  • Grind the oatmeal in a blender or coffee grinder.
  • Add salt, onion and chopped oatmeal to the minced meat. Mix well. Form into cutlets.
  • They can be cooked in a double boiler or in a slow cooker if you have a special grill. In extreme cases, you can take a saucepan and a colander. Pour water without reaching the grate. Cook for 40 minutes.

  • 1.5 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
  • 0.5 teaspoons of salt and the same amount of soda;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil for dough and oil for greasing the pan as needed.

Break the eggs into a deep bowl and beat lightly. Then add sugar, salt and soda - mix well until dissolved. Pour in milk warmed to room temperature. We begin to add sifted flour little by little and mix well so that there are no lumps. The consistency of the dough should resemble liquid porridge. Then add two tablespoons of oil, let the dough sit for half an hour and you can bake. Pour the pancakes into a well-heated and greased frying pan. If they tear or are difficult to remove, you may need to add a little flour to the dough.



Minced pancakes can be prepared in two ways.

  • Finely chop one small onion and grate the carrots. Sauté over low heat until the onion is transparent. Then add 400-500 g of minced meat, pour in a little water, add salt and simmer over low heat until cooked. Don't forget to watch - there shouldn't be too much water, otherwise the minced meat will burn. Let it cool, place some in the center of the pancake and roll it up like an envelope.
  • Turkey fillet can be boiled until tender in salted water, with onions and carrots.

Cool and then grind using a meat grinder or blender. In this case, the minced meat will be more tender and uniform. It can be spread evenly onto the pancake and rolled into a tube.



Dumplings

It’s appropriate to cook homemade dumplings even for a holiday. The basis for them is the dough - it must be done correctly. For the test take:

  • 1 cup flour;
  • 2 glasses of water;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (without a slide);
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil.

All ingredients should not be cold. Dissolve salt in warm water. Separately beat the egg, combine with water and oil. Sift the flour twice into a deep bowl. Make a hole in the middle and pour in the liquid. First, you can knead the dough with a spoon. When it becomes too stiff, sprinkle flour on your work surface, wet your hands with vegetable oil and begin kneading the dough with your hands. We stop this process only when it becomes elastic and stops sticking to your hands. More flour may be needed. Cover the finished dough with a towel and leave for half an hour.



Now we prepare the stuffing - you need to drain all excess liquid from the ground turkey, then add salt, pepper, finely chopped onion and garlic and mix well. If the mass is liquid, it can be placed in the freezer so that it sets. Then divide the dough into several parts. Sprinkle the rolling pin and work surface with flour and begin rolling out the dough. It should not be either too thick or too thin. The size of the sheet you roll out depends on whether you will make the dumplings by hand or more quickly using a dumpling maker. You can decorate the dish by using an unusual method of rolling dumplings. Cook in salted water for about 20 minutes after boiling.


Casserole

With ground turkey you can make various baked multilayer dishes in the oven. Thanks to well-selected ingredients, they not only look beautiful, but taste good. The simplest option is a casserole with turkey and potato slices. To prepare it you will need:

  • 300 g ground turkey;
  • 300-400 g potatoes;
  • small package of sour cream;
  • 200 g cheese;
  • large onion;
  • spices, herbs.

Cooking process.

  1. Peel the potatoes and onions, wash and chop.
  2. Spread the turkey over the bottom, add salt and pepper. Then comes a layer of onions, make a mesh of sour cream or spread with a spoon. Potatoes are next in line; they need to be salted. Brush everything with cream again and distribute the greens. Our dish is completed with shavings of cheese.

  1. Boil the pasta until half cooked.
  2. In a frying pan, fry onions, peppers and carrots in vegetable oil until golden brown. Peel the tomatoes, cut into pieces and add to the rest of the vegetables for 5 minutes.

Beat the remaining eggs well in a separate bowl, and pour bread ties into another. With wet hands, form oblong cutlets, wrap them in egg, then roll them in sleepers and place them in a frying pan with hot oil. First, reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and fry the cutlets on both sides for about five minutes on each. Then remove the lid, increase the heat slightly and brown.
