Note: experience has shown that jars should not be filled to the top with berries and syrup, because during cooking some of the jam will boil away and overflow. It is better to leave 1.5-2 cm free. Cook the jam in the air fryer for 1 hour at 180 degrees. If the jam is boiling too much, reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and continue cooking.

At the end of cooking, screw the boiled lids on the hot jars of jam. Cool the jam and remove for storage. Tasty and aromatic raspberry jam, cooked in an air fryer, is ready.
