Knead soft elastic dough. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. For the filling, cut sausage, ham, onions and cucumbers into small cubes. Place the filling on the halves, greased with ketchup, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with the other half and gently seal the edges. Bake the pizza in the oven at 200ºC for 15-20 minutes. 1 head of cauliflower,
200 g 10% cream,
1 clove of garlic,
1 tsp flour,
1 tbsp. butter,
50 g grated cheese,

Preparation:
Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and place them in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes, then drain in a colander and allow to drain. Heat the butter in a deep frying pan and fry the cabbage in it over medium heat until golden brown. To prepare the creamy filling, mix the cream, chopped cloves and flour in a deep container, stir well so that there are no lumps. Pour this mixture over the cabbage and heat until the sauce thickens. Ingredients:
pork tenderloin,
ready-made puff pastry
sesame seeds, salt, pepper - to taste.

Preparation:
Cut the meat into small pieces, beat it as thin as possible, add salt and pepper. Roll out the finished puff pastry into a rectangular layer and cut into squares approximately twice the size of the pieces of pork. Place a piece of chop meat in the center of each square and wrap it like an envelope. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment and lightly grease with oil. Place the envelopes on a baking sheet, seam side down. Sprinkle each envelope with sesame seeds and place in an oven preheated to 180-200ºC for 40 minutes.
