  1. Peel the boiled beets and grate them on a coarse grater.
  2. Peel the bananas and cut into large cubes.
  3. Steam the raisins in boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Pass the garlic through a press.

First of all, wash the potatoes, carrots and chicken eggs. Place in a saucepan and fill with cold water. Add a little salt and put on fire. Boil and cook until all ingredients are ready. Chicken eggs for about ten minutes, potatoes and carrots for about 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of the vegetables. Cool boiled vegetables and eggs to room temperature.

Red cabbage, approximately 100 g, cut into small pieces. Grind in a meat grinder or use a kitchen blender. Place the pulp in cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice. It only takes a little.

Peel the boiled potatoes and carrots, cut into small cubes, and place in a deep salad bowl.

Peel the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the whites on a medium grater and mix with a small amount of juice. Cabbage juice will give the whites a blue tint. Grate the yolks on a fine grater.

Cut the cooled chicken meat into small pieces and add to the rest of the ingredients.

Add pickled onions to the salad bowl.

Cut the pickled zucchini into small pieces. You can use regular pickled zucchini or cucumbers. Add to salad bowl. At this stage, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

Take a deep salad bowl. Cover with cling film. Pack the lettuce mixture tightly.

Turn out onto a flat plate and remove the film.
