  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • ketchup - 1 table. l.

Cooking in a simple way:

  1. Wash and dry the wings, cut along the joint. The top part does not need to be used for cooking.
  2. For the marinade, mix all other ingredients. Finely chop the garlic by grating or passing through a press.
  3. Pour the marinade over the ingredients and leave to marinate for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Bake in a convection oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes on each side.

Bake in a marinade of honey, soy sauce and mustard
