  • Wheat bread - 200 g.
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons.
  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon.
  • Dill - 20 g.
  • Hot pepper - to taste.
  • Shrimp - 200 g.
  • White cabbage - 3 leaves.
  • Sweet pepper - 1/2 pcs.
  • Homemade light mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons.

Prepare shrimp sandwiches according to the recipe:

1. Cut fresh wheat or rye bread into slices 1.5 - 2 cm thick.

2. Remove several juicy leaves from young white cabbage (you can use green salad).

3. Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix olive oil, lemon juice (or lime juice), soy sauce, finely chopped dill in a suitable glass or enamel bowl and add hot pepper to taste.

4. Cook shrimp in the classic way.

5. Marinate the finished shrimp for 30 minutes.

6. Place a leaf of white cabbage on a slice of bread, spread with light homemade mayonnaise, and pickled shrimp on top.

  • Small sandwiches like canapés look good with shrimp. To give them a beautiful shape, you can use a glass, shot glass or small baking containers. With their help, it is easy to squeeze out beautiful figures from bread.
  • Shrimp intended for sandwiches are boiled and peeled. You should not cook them for a long time so that they do not become hard - just keep them in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Peeled shrimp – 200 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.

  1. Scald the shrimp or defrost them by steaming them for literally a couple of minutes (there was no need to cook them, since in my case they were already boiled, just frozen)
  2. Chop the eggs finely or you can grate a fresh cucumber, also chop it into smaller pieces, mix the cucumber and chopped eggs, add a few tablespoons of sour cream (if you like, you can replace it with mayonnaise or some other sauce)
  3. Mix everything well, cut the baguette into not too thick slices, spread the resulting mass with a layer of medium thickness on a piece of baguette, place shrimp on top of each sandwich (I have small ones, so there are quite a lot of them, if larger ones, you can get by with a couple)

Ingredients:

  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • garlic - 12 cloves
  • bunch of parsley - 1 piece
  • package of ricotta cheese - 1 piece (450 g)
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup (plus cheese for topping)
  • peeled shrimp - 900 grams
  • salt and pepper - to taste
  • red pepper flakes - 1 pinch
  • baguette - 1 piece

Cooking methods:

  1. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and then into 4 pieces. Peel and crush 8 cloves of garlic, peel and finely chop the remaining 4 cloves.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry crushed garlic until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Place the garlic in a food processor (reserve the oil in the pan). Add parsley and chop. Set aside 1/4 cup of the resulting garlic mixture.
  4. Add ricotta and Parmesan cheese to the remaining mixture and stir until smooth. Preheat the oven to 260 degrees.
  5. In the same pan in which the garlic was fried, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and red pepper flakes, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  6. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Stir in reserved garlic mixture.
  7. Brush the baguette slices with the cheese mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Top with shrimp mixture and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted, 7 to 10 minutes.

Sandwiches with shrimp and onions

Ingredients:

  • Baguette 1 pc.
  • Large cucumber 1 pc.
  • Boiled and peeled shrimp 300 gr. approximately
  • Mayonnaise
  • Pickled onions

To prepare pickled onions:

  • Onion
  • Sugar
  • Vinegar
  • Vegetable oil
  • Any dried herbs to your taste - I used Provençal herbs
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Pickle the onion: peel and cut into rings of equal thickness, place in a container, sprinkle with salt, add a little sugar, sprinkle with vinegar, stir.
  2. Sprinkle the onion with ground black pepper, your favorite herbs, and lightly drizzle with oil.
  3. Let the onion sit for 20 minutes.
  4. Cut the baguette into 1.5 cm wide slices, place on a baking sheet and toast in the oven until light golden brown on one side only.
  5. Let the baguette cool slightly.
  6. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the browned side.
  7. Cut the cucumber into half rings.
  8. Place two halves of a cucumber and two shrimp on the bread.

Cooking methods:

  1. Boil hard-boiled eggs for 10 minutes, cool and peel them. Then cut into small arbitrary pieces.
  2. Now let's prepare the pink sauce: To do this, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, juice of half a lemon, brandy, a few drops of Tavasco sauce; salt and pepper to taste. Mix it all carefully and thoroughly and set it aside.
  3. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly and carefully cut them or tear them into pieces. Peel the green onions and then finely chop them.
  4. Cut the shrimp into pieces and mix with chopped onion, lettuce and the previously prepared pink sauce in one bowl.
  5. Chop the eggs and add them to the bowl. Mix everything again and add salt to taste.

  • lemon – 0.5 pcs.,

  • mayonnaise – 250 gr.,
  • cheese – 100 gr.
  • tomatoes – 3 pcs. (medium size);

Cooking methods:

  1. As mentioned earlier, for these delicious sandwiches you can use a French loaf with a golden brown crust (baguette), which must be cut lengthwise, but not all the way. You can also use ready-made hamburger buns (with sesame seeds) as in the photo.
  2. Shrimp should be poured into boiling water and boiled for 2 minutes. If the shrimp are large, then 3 minutes, no more, otherwise they will become “rubbery”. To give the shrimp a richer taste, you can add special spices or just a few bay leaves to the boiling water. When the shrimp are ready, you need to drain the water and wait a few minutes for them to cool, then you can peel them from the shell. If you don’t want to “bother” with shrimp in the shell, then you can use ready-made peeled frozen shrimp.
  3. Cut the cheese and tomatoes into small cubes. Thinly slice half a lemon along with the peel. Boil the eggs hard (keep in boiling salted water for 7-9 minutes). Then we cool them for a few minutes in cold water, peel them and then cut them into small cubes, just like cheese.
  4. We carefully wash the lettuce leaves and then dry them thoroughly with a paper towel to completely remove excess water.
  5. We chop the green onions and dill very finely, and then season all the ingredients with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly (except for the salad).
  6. Take a bun, place a lettuce leaf on it as a base and top it with a few spoons of shrimp dressing.

Mini shrimp sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 10 pieces of loaf
  • 300 grams of shrimp (already boiled and peeled)
  • Pack of processed cheese (approximately 150 grams)
  • A little grated horseradish (about 10 grams).

  1. So, first you need to cook the shrimp. They are prepared very simply and quickly. Place a saucepan of water on the fire and wait until the water boils and throw the shrimp into the boiling water.
  2. The shrimp will be ready when they start to float (this will take about 2-3 minutes, but no more than 5 minutes). If you overcook the shrimp, they will be tough and not at all juicy.
  3. I immediately tip the cooked shrimp into a colander and wait until they cool, after which they can be peeled. When the shrimp are ready, divide them into 2 parts.
  4. Finely chop one part and set the second aside for decoration. Add horseradish, chili sauce, cheese, pepper to the chopped shrimp and mix everything well.
  5. You need to cut off the crust from the loaf and cut the loaf slices into several pieces. Spread the resulting mass onto the loaf. Grind the olives (finely chop) and sprinkle on sandwiches with shrimp.
  6. Place a whole shrimp on top and garnish with herbs. The following recipe for a shrimp sandwich is not only very tasty, but also healthy, and therefore suitable for people who monitor their health and weight.

Hearty sandwich with shrimp and cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette (can be replaced with a loaf)
  • Garlic - 12-15 cloves (if you don’t like the smell of garlic, you can take less).
  • Ricotta cheese -400 grams Parmesan cheese -30 grams for sprinkling.
  • Prepared shrimp - 850 grams.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Greens for decoration
  • Olive oil for frying.

Cooking methods:

  1. First, we prepare the garlic: peel, chop and fry half the garlic until golden brown. This will take you approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Combine the finished garlic with chopped herbs and grind using a blender until smooth (you can also do this using a food processor).
  3. Set aside a quarter of the garlic mass.
  4. Add cheese to the garlic mixture and stir until smooth. If you use another hard cheese, you must first grate it and then mix it with garlic.
  5. Then, fry the remaining garlic and fry it until golden brown. Then add the shrimp to the garlic and fry for 5 minutes.
  6. We cut the baguette lengthwise, and then cut each half into several parts. You can cut the baguette into slices, here as you like.
  7. Spread each slice of loaf with the cheese mixture and place on a baking sheet. Then, place shrimp on each piece and sprinkle with cheese. Place the shrimp sandwiches in the preheated oven for 6-10 minutes.

Delicious shrimp sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • Garlic - 4 cloves

Preparing bruschetta with green peas and shrimp, as you can see from my recipe, is very simple, and it looks much more festive and interesting than ordinary sandwiches.

Ingredients:

  • Tiger prawns - 12 pieces
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams
  • Frozen green peas - 150 grams
  • Lemon - 1/2 Piece
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Baguette slices - 6 slices

Cooking methods:

  1. Frozen green peas need to be boiled in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Place the boiled peas in a colander.

Sandwiches with shrimp and cheese

Ingredients:

  • French baguette – 0.3 kg;
  • boiled-frozen shrimp, unpeeled – 0.5 kg;
  • cream cheese – 0.25 kg;
  • hard cheese – 30 g;
  • fresh herbs – 50 g;
  • olive oil - how much will be needed.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the shrimp in salted water with the addition of dill, fresh or dried, and ground black pepper. Cool and peel.
  2. Set aside some of the greens to decorate the dish, chop some finely.
  3. Coarsely chop the cream cheese, put it in a blender bowl, add chopped herbs, and mix using the unit.
  4. Cut the bread diagonally into elliptical pieces. The optimal thickness of each piece is 7–8 mm.
  5. Grease a frying pan with olive oil and fry the baguette pieces on both sides.
  6. Once the bread has cooled, cover it with a thick layer of cream cheese.
  7. Arrange the shrimp among the sandwiches, burying their tails slightly into the cheese.
  8. Chop the remaining greens.
  9. Finely grate the hard cheese.
  10. Sprinkle the sandwiches with the cheese and herb mixture. Additionally, they can be decorated with dill sprigs.

Despite the simplicity of the composition, the sandwiches look festive and tempting, and have a pleasant taste. They will not leave your guests indifferent.

Sandwiches with shrimp, tomatoes and olives

Ingredients:

  • sliced ​​loaf – 0.35 kg;
  • peeled shrimp (preferably large) – 0.3 kg;
  • tomatoes – 0.3 kg;
  • lime or lemon – 1 pc.;
  • pitted olives – 100 g;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • olive oil - how much will be needed;
  • greens - for decoration.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the tomatoes into cubes of about a centimeter or one and a half.
  2. Finely chop the garlic with a knife.
  3. Mix tomatoes with olives and garlic, adding juice squeezed from lime.
  4. Boil the shrimp in salted water, dry, then brown on both sides, placing in a frying pan with boiling olive oil.
  5. Cut the loaf into not too thin slices and fry on both sides.
  6. When the loaf pieces have cooled, spread the vegetable mixture over them. Top the design with sautéed shrimp. Garnish with sprigs of basil or parsley.

Sandwiches with shrimp, pepper and horseradish

Ingredients:

  • sliced ​​loaf – 0.3–0.35 kg;
  • boiled and peeled shrimp (small ones are also possible) – 0.3 kg;
  • processed cheese – 150 g;
  • grated horseradish with lemon juice – 10 g;
  • pitted olives – 100 g;
  • bell pepper – 0.2 kg;
  • chili sauce – 10 ml;
  • greens - for decoration.

Cooking methods:

  1. Boil water, lightly salt it, throw shrimp into it. Cook for 4-5 minutes, drain in a colander. Peel the cooled shrimp and place them on two plates, trying to put the most beautiful and largest ones in one of them.

  4. Keep the cheese in the freezer for half an hour, then grate and mix with other crushed products.

Ingredients:

  • bread - 10 pcs.;
  • boiled and peeled shrimp – 0.2 kg;
  • fresh cucumber – 0.2 kg;
  • Feta cheese or similar – 100 g;
  • grapefruit – 10 cloves;
  • greens - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare the shrimp.
  2. Wash the cucumber, dry with a napkin, cut into slices.
  3. Mash the cheese with a fork and cover the bread with a thin layer.
  4. Arrange the cucumber slices and place the shrimp on them.
  5. Peel the grapefruit, divide it into slices, remove them from the film and place them on sandwiches.
  6. Garnish each sandwich with a sprig of dill or parsley.

Hot shrimp sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • toaster bread - 8 slices;
  • boiled-frozen shrimp, peeled – 150 g;
  • mayonnaise – 50 ml;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • cheese – 0.2 kg;
  • tomatoes – 0.3 kg;
  • seasonings - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Thaw the shrimp by placing them in a colander to drain.
  2. If you do not have boiled-frozen seafood, but simply frozen, then throw it into boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, then drain in a colander and wait for the water to drain.

I learned about shrimp sandwiches from a Christmas story. No, they were not an exquisite dish on a rich man's holiday table. They were the worst breakfast for a little boy from a fishing family living on an island in the North Sea. Just look into the situation: winter has already come, but it is too warm, and the ice has not yet risen. It is impossible to get to the mainland through a stormy sea, and then, when the frost came, the waves also broke the ice. What do people on the islands eat when they have no connection with the mainland and their supplies are already exhausted? Only what the sea and their own small farm brings them. A little milk from a cow or goat, the flour is almost gone, only crackers remain - and fish-fish-fish, plus shrimp-shrimp-shrimp. Soup with fish and shrimp, shrimp cutlets, porridge with shrimp, sandwiches with shrimp... Brr!!! The poor boy simply hated those nasty shrimps that were present in absolutely everything!

And while I was reading about his gastronomic torments, I was literally choking on saliva - I wanted those damned shrimp sandwiches so much! And with homemade sour cream. This is terrible, so terrible!!! No, I ultimately added a couple of components from myself (I’m not a poor fisherman on an island, after all!). But in general, I think all residents of the mainland understand: sandwiches with shrimp, thick sour cream and black bread - they can seem disgusting only to those who have heaps of these shrimp!

Sorry, I don’t have thick homemade sour cream. But I can imagine what consistency is meant. If you sell somewhere very thick sour cream that can really be spread on, then it is suitable. If not, it can be replaced with all sorts of soft and cream cheeses or even homogenized cottage cheese. I have Philadelphia yogurt. The shrimp are the smallest and cheapest you can find.
