In such cases, quick baking in a frying pan becomes a panacea: recipes for such desserts are not inferior in taste to traditional sweet dishes from the oven.

Custard juices with cottage cheese or berries

Housewives consider the recipe for sweet juicies to be universal and uncomplicated. This dessert is not difficult to prepare; the dish is considered variable: in the summer the filling is berries, in the winter - cottage cheese or any unsweetened options. The main thing is to master the process of kneading a simple dough.

For dessert, prepare ingredients in a frying pan:

  • a pack of margarine;
  • a glass of boiling water;
  • about 3 cups flour;
  • salt;

For filling:

  • berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries);
  • sugar – 1 glass;
  • cottage cheese – 400 g.

In order for the juicy juices to turn out soft, you should follow the cooking sequence:

  1. Melt the margarine over low heat and leave to cool to room temperature.
  2. A glass of water is brought to a boil.
  3. Mix a couple of glasses of flour into the margarine, pour in a glass of boiling water, mix thoroughly, add the remaining flour.
  4. Place the dough on a board sprinkled with flour and knead the kolob. The consistency of the dough should be elastic, but not stiff, otherwise the juices will be tough.
  5. The dough is divided into equal parts, each one is rolled out into a small thin circle.
  6. Place the filling on one half of the circle: a teaspoon of berries + a teaspoon of sugar, a teaspoon of cottage cheese + a teaspoon of sugar.
  7. Cover with the other half of the circle, pressing the edges.
  8. Fry the juices in a dry frying pan over low heat until a browned crust appears on both sides.

If there are no berries or cottage cheese, a spoonful of granulated sugar will do as a filling.

Cookies “Five Minute”

“Five Minute” is prepared from the following ingredients:

  • 200 g flour;
  • 60 g granulated sugar;
  • 35 g vegetable oil;
  • 70 g sour cream;
  • egg;
  • 1 tsp. baking powder.

Prepare cookies in the following way:

  1. Sour cream, butter and yolk are mixed until smooth.

If you put brown sugar in the dough instead of white, the cookies will acquire a pleasant “caramel” taste and a brownish tint.

These buns get their name from the times when on the corner of old streets you could sit in a coffee shop, drink a cup of aromatic freshly brewed coffee, eat buns and muffins, and most importantly, spend time with friends over a heart-to-heart conversation. For Old Town buns, the following ingredients are stocked:
