Try to change traditions by preparing the same beet salad, but in a slightly different way. The option I want to propose is similar to the well-known one. But it does not contain dried apricots and prunes, which are not always available at home. I advise you to lay the salad on the festive table in layers, using a mold so that each layer is visible.

So, the set of products is minimal and can probably be found in any home. Beets (already boiled), carrots, any hard cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, walnuts and raisins.

All main products must be grated on a coarse grater. These are carrots, cheese and beets.

Be sure to cover the raisins with hot water and let them swell while you grate the vegetables.

It is better to immediately combine garlic with mayonnaise.

All the products are ready, now you just need to lay everything in layers. The beets will be the first and last layers.

  • 320 grams of rabbit meat;
  • 80 grams of raisins;

  • 4 eggs;

  • 110 grams of pickled rutabaga;

  • 90 grams of peas.

  • 110 ml sour cream;
  • 50 grams of dill;

  16. Send it to the salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  17. Place the eggs in a small saucepan, add water two phalanges up and remove the saucepan to the stove.
  18. Bring to a boil and wait a quarter of an hour.
  19. After the time has passed, transfer the eggs to cool water to cool the product faster. Then peel and cut into cubes.

  • 1 beet;
  • 45 ml olive oil;
  • 10 ml vegetable broth;
  • 1 handful of raisins;
  • 15 ml lemon juice;
  • 2 bell peppers;
  • 2 avocados;
  • Greens to taste
  • 30 ml. lemon juice;
  • 15 gr. pesto.

Sequencing:

  1. Pour the couscous into a container and pour 300 ml of boiling water over it.
  2. Cover for five minutes, then use a fork or spoon to break into a crumbly consistency.
  3. Mix pesto with lemon juice and add spices if necessary, stir.
  4. Gradually pour in the oil, without ceasing to stir the dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing into the couscous and mix well.
  6. Pour boiling water over raisins for ten minutes.
  7. Then drain the water, rinse the raisins and add them to the couscous.
  8. Peel the avocado, cut the fruit in half, turning the knife along the pit.
