  • olive oil (it is desirable to use a refined product) - 150 milliliters
  • 50 milliliters lemon juice
  • two tablespoons (tablespoons) of not too fat sour cream (in extreme cases, replace it with cream)
  • garlic - to taste (one or two cloves are enough)
  • seven grams of grainy mustard
  • a few sprigs of dill or fresh parsley
  • dried spices - optional

If you have a blender, then making dressing for a delicious salad with frozen or fresh shrimp will be much easier.   • six grams of garlic

  • half a kilo of tiger prawns
  • two bundles of "Iceberg"

A salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, Beijing cabbage, shrimp and greens is very popular. It is simple and light, and also perfect for dinner.

Do not forget about the classic restaurant Caesar with shrimp. For it you will need large shrimp, iceberg lettuce, hard cheese, tomatoes (ideally cherry tomatoes), white bread croutons. You can dress this salad with Caesar sauce or olive oil.

  • mayonnaise or olive oil for dressing.

Boil eggs and squid carcasses. Cut them as small as possible, add chopped green onions. Three cheese on a coarse grater. Cucumbers cut into small cubes. Shrimps are boiled and cleaned. We mix all the components, season with mayonnaise and decorate with shrimp.
