Cooking:

Then we heat the pan, add a drop of vegetable fat to it and lay out the sour cream. Then we pour our mushrooms there, salt, and then simmer until tender. Thanks to sour cream, the mushrooms are very tender;
  2. Now let's get to the vegetables. Wash the onion, peel off the skin, chop it smaller;
  3. We wash the carrots from the soil, crumble coarsely on a grater;
  4. We will need to carefully sort out prunes, because sometimes garbage or worms come across in it. Then we wash it well and pour it with boiling water so that it steams harder. Then let cool and drain the liquid. Remove the seeds from the berries, chop the pulp;
  5. Chop the walnuts a little;
  6. Now heat the pan again, but without sour cream. Pour sunflower oil into it, and then lay out the carrots. Let it fry for about 8 minutes, after which add the onion to it. Cooking all this to the state of frying for soups.
  7. Then add prunes, chopped walnuts, salt and pepper here, if you want. We fry a couple more minutes. Then turn off, tilt the pan a little so that the excess oil is glass. Cool down;
