Surya cooking recipe. Surya is the healing drink of our ancestors. What gives surya

In ancient times, the Slavs had a special magical method of purification - surya. This is charmed milk with magical herbs. Find out different recipes for making this drink!

It was believed that Surya was able to purify the human spirit and change fate. Here is what is said about Surya in the ancient text of the "Santii of the Veda of Perun"

“In a golden cauldron, Suritsa is boiled, you take a drink, try Suritsa, but remember!

The first bowl gives strength, banishes pain, fatigue and weakness ...

The second cup gives joy and eternal youth, casts out oppressive old age...

The third bowl is superfluous for people, it turns a person into an animal ... "

Ancient recipe for surya

The researcher of Russian beliefs and customs, Yuri Mirolyubov, found out an old recipe for making surya:

“To make this drink, about a kilogram of seedings¹ were required, which were boiled in water. Then the boiled infusion was passed through a sieve. Having boiled green grass near a bucket, it was also poured through a sieve, at the bottom of which sheep's wool was placed.

“Having filtered the green broth, a quarter of the volume of honey was added to it. By this time the liquid should still be warm, but no longer hot. Dry rose hips, cherries, sloes, plums, pears, apples and flour were added to it. Everything was left to stand for three days, and after that, adding raisins, they started with yeast, for which the liquid was heated separately. Then everything was left in a wooden tub.

For three or four days everything wandered. After the first fermentation, a mug of milk was added to the suryanica and a measure of melted butter was poured. After two weeks of strong fermentation, more honey or sugar and a small amount of brew hops were added to it.

After the second fermentation, the barrel was closed with a “circle” (that is, a blank bottom was inserted), and so it was left to stand for a month.

A month later, the bottom was knocked out and tried. If the marigold was still very sweet, then it was left to ferment, and then poured into a clean barrel, in which they put oak pieces of wood (preferably in green bark).

How is modern surya prepared?

Below you will find a homemade surya recipe adapted for modern people, it is much simpler, but no less effective.

To prepare this drink you need:

  • 3 liters of cow's milk (not store-bought);
  • 3 tablespoons of natural honey;
  • herbal mix: 1/4 teaspoon hops, 1/4 teaspoon sweet clover, 1/4 teaspoon nettle, 1/4 teaspoon wormwood.

Pour milk into a three-liter jar, add honey and a mixture of herbs. Mix all this clockwise, mentally wishing for good and health, then tightly close the jar.

The composition is placed in the sun for "surging" for nine days. All this time, the drink must be stirred periodically.

Ready surya should be shaken before use. Drinking a drink is recommended in a glass a day.

What gives surya?

It is believed that this is not only healthy food, but also a magical elixir of creation. After the ritual reception of surya, a person becomes more energetic, more successful in business and prosperous.

To enhance the qualities, this drink was spoken by stirring the milk with herbs with a stick to the left side until the added honey dissolves.

Conspiracy text:

“Surya - Daria, Goddess. Sura is alive creatively, creatively thanks, creatively and more successfully in wealth, in wealth thanks. The sura is alive, the sura is sweet in the delight of God with the success in the life of creation.

This conspiracy must be slandered, leaning over a can of milk, continuously stirring the drink.

Also, surya can be charged with your intentions, during cooking, thinking and pronouncing the appropriate word forms (about health, luck, wealth, etc.).

Another option for cooking surya

  • 1 tsp milk;
  • 1 tsp elecampane²;
  • 1 tsp Chernobyl;
  • 1 tsp thyme;
  • 1 st. l. honey.

Milk (natural cow's milk, not subject to heat treatment) must be brewed in a small amount of water. Brew herbs in half a glass of water, let it brew. Then add a couple of tablespoons of pure broth to milk (you can not cool it). Put honey.

Close the container with milk tightly with a lid (so that it is not torn off by fermentation). Then put the drink in a warm place. Surya wanders for about 3 days. During fermentation, the drink should be shaken 2-3 times a day.

The third option for preparing surya

  • 1 liter of milk;
  • 1 tbsp honey;
  • 1/4 tsp wormwood;
  • 1-2 tsp chamomile;
  • at will and taste, you can add 6-7 rose hips, 1/2 teaspoon of birch leaves, 1/4 teaspoon of lemon balm.

The herb should be brewed in half a glass of hot water. Then the broth should be filtered and poured into milk (the brewed grass can not be cooled, the surya will ferment faster and be more tender).

Put the drink in a warm place for 2-3 days. Ready surya, when poured into a mug, sizzles a little like champagne.

It is best to consume this magical drink in the 4th phase of the moon, 1 glass before meals 3-4 times a day.

If you suffer from insomnia³, add sage to Surya, then the drink will have hypnotic properties.

(taken from the Vedas "Santii Veda Perun")

The researcher of Russian beliefs and customs, Yuri Mirolyubov, gave a detailed recipe for preparing ancient surya:

“To prepare this drink, about a kilogram of seedings were required, which were boiled in water, then the boiled infusion was passed through a sieve, and this action was called “sowing marmot”. Then, having boiled green grass near a bucket, it was also poured through a sieve, at the bottom of which sheep's wool was placed. It must be said that among the ancient Indians, whom according to their sacred books, the Vedas, Mirolyubov calls the Vedics, the Russian surya was called soma, and the Iranian Aryans knew it under the name of haoma.

Let us explain that the sowing is the husk, torn off from the grain in the mill with millstones and still remaining in the flour. But back to the recipe for the preparation of the sacred Aryan drink: “After straining the green broth, a quarter of the volume of honey was added to it. By this time the liquid should still be warm, but no longer hot. Dry rose hips, cherries, sloes, plums, pears, apples and flour were added to it. Everything was left to stand for three days, and after that, adding raisins, they started with yeast, for which the liquid was heated separately and, mixed with everything, left in a wooden tub. After the second fermentation, the barrel is closed with a “circle”, that is, a blank bottom is inserted, and so it is left to stand for a month. A month later, the bottom is knocked out and tested. If the marigold is still very sweet, then it is left to ferment again, and then poured into a clean barrel, in which they put oak pieces of wood, preferably in green bark.

The homemade recipe for surya is made simpler, but this does not make it less effective. It is best, of course, to ferment surya in Prosinets at noon, but if you do it tomorrow at any hour, it will also be good.

surya recipe:
To prepare this drink, you need to take 3 liters of live, not "restored" milk,
pour it into a three-liter jar and add three tablespoons of natural honey.
Then dip a mixture of herbs into the milk: 1/4 teaspoon of hops, 1/4 teaspoon of sweet clover, 1/4 teaspoon of nettle, 1/4 teaspoon of wormwood.
We mix all this clockwise, with the wishes of good and light, and seal it hermetically.
We put it in the sun for osurination for nine days.
During this time, the drink must be stirred periodically.
Ready drink to consume, pre-shaking, a glass a day.

A simplified recipe for making surya:

1 liter of milk.
1 st. l. honey.
1/4 tsp wormwood.
1-2 tsp chamomile.
At will and taste, you can add 6-7 rose hips, 1/2 teaspoon of birch leaves, 1/4 teaspoon of lemon balm.

Reception: in the 4th phase of the moon. Norm: 1 glass before meals 3-4 times a day.

As it turned out, there were many recipes for making Surica. When preparing a drink, it is important not only to mix certain medicinal herbs and berries, but also to use the power of one's own thought to enhance certain properties of Suritsa (note 3).

Here is a set of herbs and berries from one of the recipes:

Oxalis; Crimean railway station (Crimean magnolia vine);
bergenia leaves;
young leaves of burdock (large burdock);
cloudberries;
young golden root (rhodiola rosea);
pharmaceutical camomile;
succession;
sea buckthorn or lime color;

Collect all herbs on a full moon with a clear sky (note 1). Pluck the herbs with your hands into half of the stem. Collect berries. Pound all this together in a wooden mortar, on the same night. If it is not possible to collect all herbs and berries in one night, then they should be dried by putting them in a paper bag or gauze and stored until cooking time. For getting the Golden Root, see the description of the root, but you also need to get it on the night of the full moon.
Dry in the sun during the day. Soak overnight with living water (note 2). Repeat drying and soaking for 2 more days (3 days in total).

Transfer to an earthenware vessel, fill with spring water and place in the sun. Boil over a campfire at the end of the day.

Drink hot as tea, before going to bed on an empty stomach.

Note 1 - Why collect herbs on a full moon?

We asked why it is necessary to collect grass on a full moon and received an interesting answer. Grass, as you already know, has a soul or subconscious that regulates its life. Grass does not think like we do, but it reacts to the world around it and fights for survival like all living things. If you pick grass during the day, it will release a portion of the poison, protecting itself from insects and other "herbivorous predators", which is not very good for our drink either. At night, the grass sleeps, it can be torn, but its energy is weak. But in the full moon, the moon reflects such an amount of light that the grass is in confusion - on the one hand it sleeps, and on the other - it is revealed to the reflected energy of the sun and therefore its properties are enhanced as during the day.

Note 2 - Living Water

Put spring water in the sun for half a day, saying good words or thinking bright thoughts.

Note 3. The power of thought

The properties of suritsa can and should be strengthened by conspiracy or thoughts during cooking, especially at the stake. At the same time, human emotions are important. If you want to heal, speak for healing; if you want power or knowledge, think about it. Surica can not only be cured, but also killed, respectively, by speaking to her. We hope for your discretion.

Note 4

If you add Sage, you get a sleeping pill.

It is also interesting that they steamed surya in the oven, which also made it a useful and rich drink.

Surya drink among the Slavs. Preparation of "berry mushroom" for fermentation of surya or for wine

1-2 cups of several overripe unwashed berries: strawberries, raspberries or grapes (necessarily unwashed!) are crushed with a crush and placed in a glass jar or bottle.
Sometimes a glass of water and half a glass of sugar are added to 2 cups of crushed berries (or 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of honey diluted in 1/2 cup of water, then boiled over low heat for 30-40 minutes and cooled to warmth) and shaken .
Close the bottle with a cotton plug or tie it with several layers of dense fabric and put it in a dark place with a temperature of 22-24 degrees. FROM.
After 3-4 days, the mixture begins to ferment. Then strain a little liquid through gauze and try (there should be no smell and taste of vinegar!). Then they let it wander for another 2-3 days and use it (the whole "mushroom" along with the berries).
If acetic acid fermentation has begun in a berry mushroom instead of tartaric, such a starter is unsuitable! In this case, prepare a new berry mushroom.
To prepare 10 liters of surya, you need 0.2-0.3 liters of berry mushroom starter. You can store it for no more than 10 days!
Note:
Unwashed raisins can be used instead of berry mushrooms for fermentation of surya, but this significantly increases the risk of acetic acid fermentation. Therefore, it is better to prepare “berry mushroom” (tartaric ferment) in advance. About honey for fermentation. Honey is bactericidal and is a powerful natural antiseptic, which prevents fermentation. When heated, honey loses its bactericidal properties. Therefore, to prepare fermented drinks (surya, honey), it is pre-boiled with the addition of water (usually 1: 1) from 40 minutes to 1 hour or heated without the addition of water in a boiling water bath (also up to 1 hour).
Surya honey should be only natural without surrogate additives.

There is, of course, a homemade recipe for surya, it is made simpler, but this does not make it less effective
Surya recipe:
-To prepare this drink, you need to take 3 liters of live, not "restored" milk,
pour it into a three-liter jar and add three tablespoons of natural honey.
-Then dip in the milk a mixture of herbs: 1/4 teaspoon of each of the list

Here is a set of herbs and berries from one of the recipes:
- sour;

- cloudberries;
- young golden root (rhodiola rosea);
- pharmaceutical camomile;

Researchers note that the properties of suritsa can and should be enhanced by conspiracy or thoughts during cooking, especially at the stake. At the same time, human emotions are important. If you want to heal - speak for healing; if you want power or knowledge, think about it.

The healthiest food is the natural food of the region in which a person lives. The same can be said about drinks.
Garden herbs, wild flowers, fragrant flowers - everything will fit for the preparation of Suritsa, an old Slavonic ancient drink.

The most surprising thing, of course, is the taste. And there can be any number of flavors. There is a place to roam the creative imagination of the hostesses. If you put the leaves of wild strawberries, mint - you will get one taste, and if you put raspberries, tarragon, apple trees - another. But if yarrow, currant, etc., - the third.
You can put all the herbs in a three-liter jar at once, filling it with them by about one third, or you can use each herb separately. Then we fill it with spring water, if any, plus 150 g of honey, cover it with gauze - and for three days in the bright sun. Feel the difference here: not in a dark warm place, but in the sun. So that the sun stays in this drink for the long Siberian winter. If the days are hot, then we remove the leaves after two days. Otherwise, you can leave it a little longer. Then we remove the leaves, and pour the contents into bottles. Tightly corked, put in a cool place - and until the holiday.

Suritsa - in Slavic mythology - the solar Goddess of joy, light and fun. Khmel's wife.
Suritsa (or Surya) is an ancient energy drink (drinking honey). They are prepared from honey and herbs, littered under the rays of the Yarila-Sun.
“The silver-haired Legina said to Odin:
Suritsa is boiled in a golden cauldron,
you take a drink, try Surits, but remember!
The first bowl, gives strength,
banishes pain, fatigue and weakness ...
The second bowl, gives fun and eternal youth,
banishes oppressive old age ...
The third bowl is superfluous for people,
it turns a man into an animal…”

Cooking Surica

1. Use the power of thoughts and words, and not just mix honey and herbs. If you want healing, power or knowledge, think about it. Previously, the properties of Suritsa were strengthened by a conspiracy, but today conspiracies do not work, because. we do not know our native language, and in modern Russian the pronunciation is simplified - there are no throat, nasal, whistling, etc., although words still affect the environment and change the structure of water (torsion fields).

2. Herbs for the groundhog are collected on the full moon. Grass, like all living things, has a soul or subconscious, it does not know how to think, but understands what is happening. If you pluck the grass during the day, it will defend itself by secreting a portion of poison, which should not be in the marmot. At night, the grass can be plucked, because. she is sleeping, but her energy will be weak.
On a full moon, the moon reflects so much light that the grass is confused. On the one hand, she sleeps, and on the other hand, she is revealed by the reflected energy of the sun, so her properties are enhanced, as during the day.

3. Water must be alive. Put spring water in the sun for half a day, saying good words and thinking bright thoughts.

Groundhog Recipe

There are many recipes for marmot, it all depends on the purpose, the selected herbs, their quantity and the amount of honey.

Herbs and berries: succession, oxalis, bergenia leaves, cloudberries, chamomile, sea buckthorn or lime blossom, young burdock leaves (large burdock), young golden root (Rhodiola rosea), Crimean ironwort (Crimean lemongrass)

All herbs are collected on a full moon with a clear sky (if it is not possible to collect all the herbs in one night, they should be dried by putting them in a paper bag or gauze and stored until cooking time). Then pound in a wooden mortar.
Dry herbs and berries in the sun during the day, soak with living water at night. Repeat drying and soaking for two more days.

Transfer to an earthenware vessel, fill with spring water and place in the sun. Boil over a campfire at the end of the day. Drink hot, before going to bed on an empty stomach.
If you add sage, you get sleeping pills.

18 liters of water, 4.5 kg of honey, 400 g of berry mushroom (or unwashed raisins), 2 liters of cow's milk, infusions of roots.

Dilute honey in water, add berry mushroom, milk and roots, close with a stopper so that carbon dioxide can escape during the fermentation process. Put in the sun for 3 days. Then clean in a dark warm place, after 21 days, when the bubbles stop coming, strain and pour into a wide tub. Put in an icebox for a day to freeze. Remove the formed crust of ice, add 0.5 kg of honey, bottle, cork and put in a cold place for 3 days.

Berry mushroom - crush 2 cups of unwashed strawberries or raspberries, add half a cup of sugar and pour a glass of water. Close with a cotton plug and put in a dark place. When the juice begins to ferment, strain or add along with the berries. For 10 liters of Surya, you need a glass of berry mushroom.

“How many times have we drawn the sword and repulsed the enemies from ourselves, for the leaders of the Oriev clans were strong, as after drinking the solar Surya”

Another surya recipe:

* To prepare this drink, you need to take 3 liters of live, not “reconstituted” milk,

* pour it into a three-liter jar and add three tablespoons of natural honey.

* Then dip in milk a mixture of herbs: 1/4 teaspoon of hops, 1/4 teaspoon of sweet clover, 1/4 teaspoon of nettle, 1/4 teaspoon of wormwood.

* We mix all this clockwise, with the wishes of good and light, and seal it hermetically.

* We put in the sun for osurivaniya for nine days.

* All this time, the drink should be stirred periodically.

* Ready drink to consume, pre-shaking, a glass a day.

It is believed to be the magical elixir of creation. After the ritual reception of surya, a person becomes more energetic, more successful in business and prosperous. To enhance this drink, they spoke, stirring the milk with herbs with a stick to the left side until the added honey dissolves.

Surya - Daria, blessed,

Sura is alive creatively,

creative thanks,

Creative and successful in wealth,

Thank you richly.

Surah is alive, Surah is sweet

Yes, to the delight of God's sleep

In the life of creation.

This conspiracy must be slandered, leaning over a can of milk, continuously stirring the drink.

Here is another option for preparing surya (an ancient, heavy recipe).

* 1 tsp milk (not subject to heat treatment, NOT from the store) is brewed in a small amount of water.

* 1 tsp elecampane (herb).

* 1 tsp Chernobyl.

* 1 tsp thyme.

* 1 tbsp. l. honey

Let the herbs brew. Add to milk (you can not cool) a couple of tbsp. spoons of pure broth. We cork tightly so that it does not break off (screw-on cans). We put in a dark warm place.

The drink ferments for approximately 3 days. During fermentation, the drink should be shaken 2-3 times a day.

Simplified recipe:

* 1 liter of milk.

* 1 tbsp. l. honey.

* 1/4 tsp. wormwood.

* 1-2 tsp. chamomile.

* At will and taste, you can add 6-7 rose hips, 1/2 teaspoon of birch leaves, 1/4 teaspoon of lemon balm.

We brew the grass in 0.5 cups of water. Strain the broth and pour into milk (the brewed grass can not be cooled, the surya will ferment faster and be more tender). We leave for 2-3 days. The drink is ready when, when poured into a mug, it fizzes a little like champagne.

RECEPTION: in the 4th phase of the moon. NORM: 1 glass before meals 3-4 times a day.

As it turned out, there were many recipes for making Surica. When preparing a drink, it is important not only to mix certain medicinal herbs and berries, but also to use the power of one's own thought to enhance certain properties of Suritsa.

Here is a set of herbs and berries from one of the recipes:

Oxalis;

Crimean Zheleznitsa (Crimean lemongrass);

Badan leaves;

Young leaves of burdock (large burdock);

Cloudberries;

Young golden root (Rhodiola rosea);

Pharmaceutical camomile;

Sea buckthorn or lime color;

Collect all herbs on a full moon with a clear sky.

Soak overnight with living water. Repeat drying and soaking for 2 more days (3 days in total).

Transfer to an earthenware vessel, fill with spring water and place in the sun. Boil over a campfire at the end of the day.

Drink hot as tea, before going to bed on an empty stomach.

Video Katerina Vesta: HOW TO MAKE SURITS - THE DRINK OF THE GODS

Surya drink recipe.

Now here and there the thermometer is inexorably approaching 50 degrees. On the street in such heat, almost nothing saves. And this despite scientific and technological progress! You involuntarily think - how did our ancestors endure such weather? They didn't even have refrigerators to cool the water!

Transferred normally. They also worked if necessary. A special drink helped in this, which was both healing and refreshing. This drink was called marmot And that's what we're going to tell you about today.

I warn you right away - the network is full of all sorts of obscurantism about this generally useful recipe. All sorts of "neopagans" and "pan-Slavs" like to wind up tons of verbal tricks even around the simplest element of Old Slavonic culture. Seriously, they come up with such a thing that medieval witches with their spell books in broken Latin and collecting mouse shit at midnight in the cemetery are crying with burning tears of envy. But we will angrily discard all this crap and focus solely on the facts.

So. Suritsa- a traditional Slavic drink, which is essentially an infusion of various herbs in honey water. Honey gave sweetness, carbohydrates that are easily digested, trace elements that leave the body with sweat, and much more. And herbal infusions are herbal infusions. Phytotherapy has long been recognized as an official science, and its effectiveness has been proven by clinical studies. So the ancient Slavs both quenched their thirst and strengthened the body.

Cooking algorithm marmot next. We take a three-liter jar and fill it by a third with various herbs. Can be both fresh and dried. Mixing a large number of different types does not make sense, as it spoils the taste and neutralizes the positive impact. Most often they take fresh leaves of one medicinal plant, wash them, slightly wrinkle them, crush and place in a jar. Next, 150 grams of honey is added (it doesn’t matter which one) and all this is poured with pure spring water. Or filtered tap water. We cover the jar with gauze (so that flies and mosquitoes do not fly in) and expose it to the sun. We are waiting for three days. On the second - we take out the leaves from there, which have already given everything they could. Actually, everything.

What, in fact, is the point. The sun's rays, especially in such heat, heat the water extremely quickly, which begins to extract useful substances from the leaves. And the light carbohydrates found in honey contribute to efficient fermentation, which further enriches marmot a negligible percentage of alcohol and some useful proteins and vitamins. In total, we get a delicious drink that has every right to be called healing.

As you understand, the effect of using marmot depends solely on which leaves of which plants you used. In fact, this is just an alternative form of infusion, less concentrated and suitable for plentiful and regular use. At the same time, it is sweet and has a good taste. Black currant, mint, sour, even chamomile - all this has been used and is being used.

Now for the cons. There can be a banal allergy to plant components, as well as to honey, so this drink is contraindicated for such people. The medicinal effect, although expressed rather weakly, can nevertheless aggravate some pathological conditions. Therefore, before cooking marmot double check if you can infusion of this or that plant for medical reasons. But even if you make a mistake, then, most likely, nothing terrible will happen.

Suritsu you can store in the refrigerator for several days and drink slightly chilled - it will even taste better. And most importantly, it is much more effective than any carbonated drinks, because it does not cause additional thirst due to the huge amount of carbon dioxide and light carbohydrates. There is also a more "hardcore" version of this drink, called " surya“But we will talk about it next time.
