Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. milk,
  • 1 st. heavy cream (33%),
  • 1 st. Sahara,
  • 3 yolks,
  • a pinch of salt,
  • 20 g dark chocolate,
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract,
  • mint leaves.

How to make mint chocolate ice cream:

Combine cream and milk in a heavy-bottomed ovenproof dish and heat until almost boiling.

Add mint leaves to the milk, let the mixture brew under the lid for half an hour, then remove the mint.

Pour a little mint milk into a mixture of sugar, yolks, vanilla and salt, mix and pour into a heat-resistant bowl with milk. Cook the mixture over low heat until it thickens slightly. Do not forget to stir it all the time with a wooden spatula.

Cool the mass and put it in the freezer for an hour and a half, then add the chopped chocolate, mix again with a spatula and send it to the freezer for another 3 hours.

Stir the dessert every 30-40 minutes so that the result is a homogeneous and without pieces of ice.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 st. lemon juice
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 100-150 g of powdered sugar,
