Here's another month in your pocket. Now we are waiting for February: how will it be for us - warm, snowy, cold, rainy or sunny? Let's wait and see :)) In the meantime, look how January went with us :)) It was funny :)) But what exactly? Look under cat. You are definitely not used to this in January :))

But the coming month will also be rich in events. For example, February 14th. The holiday is gaining more and more momentum. So try to make such a gift to your loved ones, they will be happy. After all, this is not just an unnecessary trinket that you can buy, but a gift made with love and with your own hands. And when you put it into action, everyone will be happy :)) Meet: hot chocolate gift set for loved ones :)

That's it, now we can certainly say with certainty that the New Year holidays are over. The Chinese New Year has already arrived, so you can fold your New Year decorations :)) Have you already dismantled the Christmas tree??? I've already removed it somewhere on January 3 or 4. At first I wanted to wait for the Russian Christmas, but my hands itched to remove it, so I did not wait for the holiday :))

And with the beginning of January, we also completed festive lunches and dinners. Phew, I'm already tired of these family gatherings at the table for hours :)) The body asked for mercy :)))

Mercy came in the form of fruits and vegetables. Here I eat lychee. By the way, we're in lychee season right now. In general, in France it is funny that you immediately notice how certain seasons of vegetables and fruits change. On the shelves in large quantities appear different goodies. Now we sell leek, lychee, tangerines indiscriminately. Later there will be piles of strawberries, later - asparagus, and even later all sorts of summer fruits ...

The weather in January was just incomprehensible. I wanted to say: "January, you're drunk, go home!" Judge for yourself. For example, sometimes it was sunny and pleasant. The sky is clear blue! The air is really spring...

It was so warm that… daisies and dandelions bloomed in my garden!!!

And for several years in a row, daffodils have been blooming steadily for my birthday!

But things aren't always so rosy! We're in the rainy season right now! It pours every day, and also floods! Flooded Bordeaux, other cities of France and Europe. Fortunately, this did not affect us personally, but some winemakers have such a sad picture:

By tradition, at the end I send you greetings. I will show you myself. Meet Madame Larisa in person.

==========================

Well enough, laughed and okay! Let's get down to serious business! Lena eastflower an interesting FM is taking place for the holiday of lovers - "Sweet Valentine". Here is my work. Gift set for hot chocolate. Original, tasty, beautiful. I am sure that the gift will be appreciated.

For 1 jar of approximately 100 ml:

cocoa powder (NOT sweet) - 2 tbsp

sugar - 1 tbsp

soda - 1 pinch

cinnamon - 1 stick

chocolate drops - 2 tbsp.

marshmallow - to taste

to make a drink:

2 glasses of milk

This means that 2 cups of hot chocolate will come out of one finished jar.

So, first we prepare the container in which we will give a gift. I advise taking a jar with a capacity of about 100 ml (give or take). This set contains what you need to make approximately 2 servings of hot chocolate (or 1 extra large serving).

1) We take 2 tbsp. l. unsweetened cocoa powder, add a pinch of soda there, mix well. Soda is needed to soften the taste of cocoa, and also in the finished drink, thanks to soda, a very pleasant silk foam appears. We put this mass at the bottom of the jar.

2) The next layer is white sugar.

3) The third layer is chocolate drops. Can be replaced with regular dark chocolate, cut into small pieces. Layers must be laid carefully so that they do not mix.

4) Then fill the jar to the neck of the marshmallow (you can put it whole or cut it into smaller pieces). Close the lid.

5) Now carefully and beautifully tie the jar with a ribbon, insert a cinnamon stick into the ribbon. And also make a small note with instructions for preparing the drink.

The instruction might look something like this:

"Remove the marshmallows. Put the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan, add the cinnamon stick. Pour in 2 cups of milk, put on fire, stir well and cook until a homogeneous hot mass. Pour into mugs, put the marshmallows on top and enjoy!" Or just enjoy a cup of hot silky drink. It warms up just fine!

5) So, to make chocolate, pour 2 cups of milk, pour out the entire contents of the jar (except marshmallows, they are needed for decoration at the end), put a cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil. Boil for a couple of minutes so that all the ingredients are well mixed and dissolved. Pour into cups, top with marshmallows and serve.

What could be better than a handmade gift? Well, of course, a sweet and tasty gift, or rather, a gift set for making a delicious drink. The recipient of the gift will only have to add milk, and we will provide it for everyone else!

To prepare such a gift set of hot chocolate, you need to stock up on nice presentable jars (volume - 300 ml), because they will be the packaging for the gift. The jar contains a dry mix for preparing a drink for two persons.

Prepare the ingredients and start assembling the set.

Mix milk powder, cocoa powder and cinnamon and carefully pour the first layer on the bottom of the jar. It is advisable to spread the mixture with a spoon so as not to stain the walls of the jar.

The next layer is chocolate. If these are chocolate drops, then just pour them on granulated sugar, if this is an ordinary tile, then first grind the chocolate with a knife, and then add it to the jar.

Next, you will have to work a little, or maybe “let off steam”: we will release one sugar cane from the packaging, put the cane in a bag and grind the candy into small crumbs with a rolling pin or hammer, and then add it to the jar on top of the chocolate.

Well, what is hot chocolate without marshmallows? We fill the remaining space in the bank with small marshmallows.

A set of gift hot chocolate is ready. It remains only to write instructions for use, tie a jar with tinsel or gift thread, attach a second gift cane and some cute New Year's toy. Pretty, right? And the jar will come in handy later on the farm!

And here's how you will need to prepare a drink from this gift set: this jar is designed for two servings of hot chocolate, for each serving you need 300 ml of milk. So, in a saucepan, heat 600 ml of milk. Marshmallow from the jar is set aside for now - it will be needed to decorate the finished drink. Pour dry mixture into warmed milk.

Stirring, bring everything to a boil and cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are dissolved.

Pour hot chocolate into cups and decorate with marshmallows. Serve hot.

I hope the recipient of the gift will enjoy such a sweet surprise.

Bon appetit and Happy New Year!
