    Onion is not listed in the ingredients list, but if desired, it can be fried with a clove of garlic in vegetable oil and also added to the meat. Mix the minced meat in the most thorough way with a spoon or even with your hands: we should get a very dense minced meat in consistency, which can be easily molded.
