The beauty of this restaurant is the presence of a large selection of desserts and a beautiful view of the sea. The quality of cakes and desserts with various fruits and chocolate made me walk there with my son through the wasteland (it was shorter). And the prices are lower than in Almaty coffee houses! In addition to sweets, you can order local and Italian cuisine. I loved it???? pasta, and Thai food has been better. Therefore, this institution is for the "European" meal.
The French confectionery in the north of Pattaya, La Baguette French Bakery, is another place not to miss your homeland☺. This is a coffee shop with delicious cappuccino, cakes, sandwiches. After living in Pattaya for a couple of weeks, you really want the usual sweets and delicious bread. However, they serve for a long time, and even it seemed to me that the Europeans were served faster here????.
The HardRock cafe on the Pattaya embankment is quite tasty, but the prices there are straight restaurant-restaurant prices, moreover, twice as high as the Almaty cafe of the same name. This is not a place to go for a burger????. But you can go in and you can definitely eat! If you want a burger, then Pattaya is full of Macdonalds and KFC (we didn’t go, I don’t know the prices).
At the Havana Bar and Terrazzo at the Holiday Inn, they make delicious pizza, salads and burgers (what we went here for), because if you buy a pizza from 3 to 5, then the second one is given as a gift. The pizza we got cost somewhere around 200-250 baht.
Italian restaurant Toscana on the waterfront, not far from the Holiday Inn - a place where they cook both Italian and local cuisine. It is very tasty, real Italian (I think so????) pasta! They also prepare all sorts of antispasti and homemade takeaway pasta.
The Cabbages and Condoms restaurant is very well located, its terraces hang right over the sea, and it certainly looks very nice and romantic. But the cuisine here is quite ordinary, and my husband did not like it at all. It's only women who are willing to pay for tasteless food in a pretentious place☺.

On Walking Street, prices for fish and seafood are higher than on Koh Samet. If you find small restaurants not on the streets where tourists walk, then you can find good cafes with local cuisine for Thais and seasoned tourists. 1. Eat shawarma (kebab, doner)! Near the Russian market on Thap Phraya 12, Muang Pattaya, not far from Pattaya Park, I liked it the most. The beauty of this particular place is that the chicken is fresh, tasty, puts the Turks, does not spare the chicken, the cabbage is crispy, the vegetables are cut right there, and the doner costs 50 baht. Nearby they make fruit smoothies from any fruit or a mix of 25 baht (a friend generally considered this smoothie to be dinner in itself????). I asked for no syrup and little ice - it turned out great.
2. Eat grilled chicken from a "restaurant on wheels". All over Pattaya, such motors with an attached "kitchen" drive around. Each of them has its own specialization. Many who sell soups, grilled chicken or seafood, as well as chopped fruit. So, this was my second favorite "lazy" dinner: take a couple of grilled chicken legs (the marinade is so delicious) and a couple of bags of chopped pineapple-watermelon-melon-dragon-fruit-mango and drink tea, bottled milk or juice in the room from 7/11.
3. Many "Russians" eat at the "Night Bazaar near Pattaya Park" market, but I didn't really like the look of these street cafes. And why do I need mashed potatoes and meatballs in Thailand?
4. Thai "doshirak". 7/11 or Family Mart has a huge selection of custard noodles with different flavors and spiciness. After tasting a couple, it even began to seem to me that they are cooked in the “makashnitsa”, seasoned with a bunch of greens☺️.

I don’t know if everyone will like the food, because a woman sat opposite me who didn’t eat anything at all - she, in principle, doesn’t understand Thai food.

This is a place where they sell various food from boats, both the one that can be found in every brazier, and the one that, perhaps, is cooked only in Thailand. For example, such things as rice dough balls stuffed with crushed peanuts, baked snails with spices, various local sweets and fruits. Exotic, if you are ready for taste experiments, then you will like the food here. Near the exit there are numerous cafes with more familiar dishes - local noodles and rice. They are not empty, they are quite popular among the Thais themselves. Only, it seems, there are mini-tables and you will need to sit "in Kazakh".
On my very first visit to Thailand in 2000, I had many fears and concerns about Thai food, about the fact that it is spicy and smelly.
