1 tbsp lime juice

We clean the vegetables and cut into large pieces. Everything, except for potatoes, is dumped together with wings into a saucepan, add black peppercorns. Salt, pour half a glass of water into the pan. Bring to a boil and cook with the lid closed over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Now we fall asleep coarsely chopped potatoes (if you put it at the very beginning, it will almost completely boil). We continue to cook. After about 25 minutes, the dish is ready. Potatoes are an indicator of readiness - they should become crumbly.

It remains only to add seasonings. First we fall asleep black pepper, red and ground coriander. Wait a couple of minutes and add finely chopped garlic and cilantro.

Crispy chicken wings in mustard-sour cream sauce

Heat oven to 190C.

Rinse the wings, dry with a paper towel, then lay on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 190-200C for about 45 minutes, periodically pouring the juice formed during baking. For the sauce, mix mustard, honey, cream, curry, salt and pepper to taste, brush the wings with the prepared sauce and bake for another 30 minutes.

Wings can be prepared in a different way. First, bring them in the oven until half cooked, then spread with sauce and put in the refrigerator. Bake in the oven before serving (about 30 minutes).

Chicken wings "Mexico"

Peel the onion and grate on a fine grater. Crush the garlic in a mortar. Finely chop the tomato and sweet pepper. Grind hot pepper. Mix everything in a deep bowl, add wine, squeezed orange and lemon juice, spices, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Mix everything well. Wash the chicken wings and place in the prepared marinade. Leave to brew for at least 2 hours. Then drain the marinade. Bake the wings in the oven for about 30 minutes at 225 C.

Chicken meat is a dietary product and an effective replacement for such types of meat as pork, lamb and partially beef. It is an excellent source of protein and amino acids, with a low calorie content.

The skin of the wings should be oily, but not particularly sticky. Also check if the skin is peeling off the meat, if it is tight and does not peel off the chicken wings, then the product is fresh. The color of the meat should be pinkish white and without dark spots.
