  • 50 g butter

  1. Cut the meat into pieces of arbitrary shape about 3 cm in size on the large side.

  5. Spices, including salt, diluted in 2 tablespoons of water and vinegar, pour over meat and vegetables.
  6. Simmer everything on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
