  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 st. l. cognac
  • 50 g butter

COOKING METHOD:

1. To make pancakes with apples, you first need to knead the dough for thin pancakes. To do this, beat the eggs with sugar and salt at high speeds of the mixer until lush foam. In a separate bowl, mix milk and warm water.

2. To extinguish the soda by adding a few drops of lemon juice or 9% vinegar to it, and pour it into a bowl with eggs.

Soda is often used in baking as a universal and most affordable baking powder, giving pancakes an openwork structure into a small hole.
