  4. Soy sauce. 2-3 tbsp 1 kg of meat will be enough. As with marinades, the sauce also works great here.
  5. Spank the minced meat. Yes Yes. After mixing the minced meat with onions, soy sauce, salt and spices (if using), roll it into a ball and drop it from a height of 20-25 cm into a bowl. It is necessary to thoroughly crush it to the bottom, so do not spare your strength. And so 10 times. You can additionally slap the meat bun with your palm.

Everything, super-duper minced meat is ready. Now I’ll tell you how I make the simplest, but always delicious cutlets out of it.

Healthy chicken and veal cutlets

Ingredients

  • Minced meat (I have chicken + veal, 2: 1) - 900 gr
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 2 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Tomato paste - 3 tbsp.
  • Water - 1.5 cups
  • Mixture of Italian herbs - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Smoked paprika - 1 tsp (important ingredient).

Cooking

  1. Mix minced meat with egg, spices, paprika, salt. Smoked paprika is an important ingredient that I do not recommend replacing or removing. It gives a very pleasant aftertaste of "bonfire" meat.
  2. We cut the onion into cubes, three carrots on a grater.
  3. Mix tomato paste with water.
  4. A non-stick frying pan must be heated, if necessary, greased with a small amount of oil (coconut, olive, sesame).
  5. We roll minced meat balls and send them to the pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).
  6. Add onions and carrots to the fried cutlets, fry for another 2 minutes, then pour in the water mixed with tomato paste and a pinch of salt. Gently mix, cover with a lid and leave the cutlets to stew for 30 minutes.
