  8. Put the onions and carrots in a preheated pan and fry a little, stirring occasionally (4-5 minutes is enough).

  9. When the potatoes are cooked, add the roast to the pan, open the jar of sprats in tomato and send them to the soup. Stir, salt to taste, cover and leave on low heat for 7-10 minutes.
