Every buyer can face a fake medicine. Unfortunately, in our country there is a huge number of counterfeit medicines in pharmacies. Do not offend doctors and do not rush to blame for the wrong treatment or diagnosis of the disease, perhaps the medicines you are taking are counterfeit.

CHECK THE MEDICINE BY SERIES, NAME AND MANUFACTURER!

The number and expiration date on the blister or jar of tablets must match the number and expiration date on the package. If it doesn't match, it's fake.

WHAT IS FAKE AND FAKE MEDICINE (PILLS)?

The word counterfeit in the Russian Federation is interpreted in several terms: Here are a few terms that mean counterfeit medicine.

FAKE (FAKE) THIS #1: Preparations that do not contain drugs, otherwise "Dummy". Such a medicine can be made from flour, chalk, starch, sugar and other things.

These counterfeit medicines are generally harmless and safe, but only if taken for a non-healthy condition such as a toothache.

But if you take them and try to treat serious diseases, then such drugs can kill, for example, taking a fake heart drug made from chalk at the time of heart failure can lead to death, since such a drug will not bring a therapeutic effect.

Also, in the manufacture of such a counterfeit, a far unsafe substance can be added to the composition of a fake medicine, which will certainly lead to death or disability.

FAKE (FAKE) THIS #2: The composition of the drug changes to a cheaper and less effective drug. This slows down the production of drugs and reduces their effectiveness ...

FAKE (FAKE) THIS #3: The active substances that make up the drug are greatly underestimated, so the dosage of the drug becomes five or even ten times weaker than in the original drug. Such a medicine causes the harm described in the first case, and often doctors cannot determine what is causing the deterioration in the patient's health. It turns out that in order to achieve the effect, it is necessary to take significantly more pills than with normal drugs.

FAKE (FAKE) THIS #4: An exact copy of the drug, but the manufacturing technology is not observed at all, which can adversely affect the quality of the medicine. So, for example, the shelf life of such a medicine may not be 5 years, but one month, and at the time of purchase of the medicine, the expiration date may be overdue with all the ensuing consequences. Or, if the production technology is not followed, the manufactured medicine may get into another package and, taking the medicine for pressure, you will drink the medicine to increase the pressure, what will the use of such a fake medicine lead to, analyze for yourself.

What can be the differences between a counterfeit or falsified medicine from the original drug?

WHAT IS THE PACKAGING OF A FAKE (FAKE) MEDICINE FROM THE ORIGINAL?

Weak coloring of the packaging, faded inscriptions and drawings, blurring of the text, rubbing paint when smeared and rubbed, crooked and uneven packaging, errors in the instructions, photocopied instructions, different sizes of the package, tablets or blister from the original.

Here are a few examples of how to visually distinguish a fake medicine from the original.

ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE DRUG SUPRASTIN

ON THE FAKE:The engraving of suprastine is quite clear and deep, the letters are angular, the height of the tablets is 3.18 mm., on the blister the dosage indication is printed in bold, any word from the blister can be printed, it can be printed in the form of an imprint, the letters on the carton are weakly embossed and hard to read (batch number, expiration date, etc.), differs in the color of the box and casts cream.

ON THE ORIGINAL: The engraving of suprastine is not clear and not deep, the letters are rounded, the height of the tablet is 2.82 mm., on the blister the dosage indication is printed in the usual font, on the original the paint from the letters is not printed on anything, the letters on the carton are squeezed out well and perfectly readable (batch number , terms, etc.). the color of the box is pure white. This is an example of how a counterfeit and counterfeit medicine differs from the original. Each original drug has its own properties and protective markers.

HOW TO VISUALLY DIFFERENTIATE THE ORIGINAL PILLS FROM THE FAKE?

ON THE EXAMPLE OF MEDICINE COLDREX

Here are a few signs of a counterfeit medicine: COLDREX “Marking” (on part of the sachets the series is not completely marked, partially erased), “Marking” (the blister pack has an indistinct marking of the lot number and expiration date), “Description” (liquid with abundant sediment). When purchasing a medicine, it is necessary to examine the medicine being bought for signs of counterfeiting, and in some cases it is worth asking a pharmacy employee to show you a certificate.

We will not give all the examples of how to distinguish the original medicine from the fake, as this will take a huge amount of time and will be absolutely useless work. But on the other hand, we recommend an Internet site where you can see which counterfeit medicines were seized on the market, and in what ways the fake medicine differs from the original, for this, follow the link at the very top of the article.

5: Check the purchased medicine with drug reference books, as the medicine you bought may not be registered in the Russian Federation as a medicine.

6: Do not rush and run to the pharmacy to purchase advertised products, as they are most often counterfeited.

2: The packaging of the original medicine is of high quality, even, with bright saturated colors.

3: A scanned instruction is a sign of a counterfeit medicine.

4: The instruction fits into the package so as to divide blisters, vials, etc. in half.

5: Release date, expiration date, series must match and be the same on the package, blister, bottle and certificate.

6: Buy medicines not for the entire course of treatment, but as the medicine is spent.

7: Look in the drug formulary before buying a drug that was not prescribed to you by your doctor.

8: Do not agree to a replacement analogue if the pharmacy does not have the medicine you need. Many pharmacy employees offer substitutes for analogues, usually with a higher price.

Therefore, the list of manufacturing companies whose products received the largest number of complaints turned out to be quite impressive. Rospotrebnadzor published it on its website.

The list includes: Borisov Plant of Medical Preparations (Belarus), KRKA (Slovenia), Richard Bittner (Austria), Agio Pharmaceuticals (India), Polpharma Pharmaceutical Plant (Poland), Belmedpreparaty ( Belarus), GNTsLS Pilot Plant (Ukraine), Plethico Pharmaceuticals (India), Shreya Life Sciences (India), Sagmel (USA), Xishui Xirkang Pharmaceutical (China), Lugansk Chemical Plant ( Ukraine), Agetan Laboratory (France), Farmak (Ukraine), M.J. The amount of the active substance did not correspond to the preparations produced at the Borisov Plant of Medical Preparations, Irbitsk Chemical Plant, Biochemist OJSC, Dalkhimparm OJSC, Samaramedprom OJSC, Eskom NPK OJSC, Microgen NPO FSUE Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Kraspharma OJSC, Iodine Technologies and Marketing LLC.

The reason for the rejection of the preparations of JSC "Biochemist" was also the presence of microorganisms in them, which is unacceptable. And the solvent pyridine was found in the products of OJSC Kraspharma.

Instruction

Buy medicines only in trusted pharmacies that have proven themselves well with you and your friends. In no case do not take medicines from your hands in the market. Now it has become popular to buy medicines -. On the one hand, it is very convenient when you do not need to rush around the city in search of the right product, but on the other hand, the risk of running into a fake is very high. Therefore, it is worth using such services very carefully.

When buying a medicine, carefully consider and study its packaging. It must be intact, undamaged, made of quality material. All inscriptions and colors on it must be clear, distinct and bright. The name of the medicine and the active substance must exactly match what the doctor prescribed for you. If there is at least one letter, then refuse to buy this drug.

Look at the annotation to the medicine. It must be printed, not photocopied. The text must be clear and easy to read. Again, the drug, the active substance must match what the doctor prescribed. In modern medicines, it is folded in such a way that it is divided in half by a blister or vial. In counterfeit drugs, both the annotation and the medicine itself are separate.

Check the batch, production date and expiration date indicated on the box and on the blister (or bottle). If the data does not match, then you have a fake.

Ask the seller for a certificate of conformity if you doubt the authenticity of the medication. It must contain the trade and international name of the product, the company and the country where the medicine is produced, information that this batch has passed quality control and has a Quality Control Department passport, a manufacturer's quality certificate.

Ask your prescribing doctor to show you what it should look like. Manufacturers usually put various distinctive features on the packaging with their medicine in the form of a hologram, inscriptions on tablets, etc.

If you do not know the medicine, then study the information about it in the drug reference book (RLS). This guide has a section called “Drug Identifier”, which contains not only information about all drugs, but also photographs of all dosage forms and packages of those drugs that are most often at risk of counterfeiting.

  • How to distinguish real medicines from fake ones?

There are a large number of fakes on the pharmaceutical market, and this is no secret to anyone. Useless and even deadly medicines can be purchased at the pharmacy near the house and in the hospital pharmacy. Therefore, you should be extremely careful when making a purchase. To distinguish a medicine from a fake, it is advisable to follow fairly simple tips, but even with this, it will not be possible to protect yourself 100%, unfortunately.

Instruction

Buy medicines in large pharmacies, and not in pharmacy kiosks. Large pharmaceutical companies care about their reputation and carefully all the documents accompanying medicines and confirming their manufacturer, as well as the medicines themselves.

Try rubbing the packaging; on a fake, the paint may be less bright and wear off. Large manufacturers apply special, confirming medicines to the packaging: three-dimensional fonts, holograms, watermarks. It is not cheap and counterfeiters rarely spend money on such signs, the implementation in this case brings too little profit.

Examine the medicine itself - tablets, capsules, ampoules. Large manufacturers usually produce tablets of a certain color and exclusive shape with an embossed name; the name should be clearly visible on the ampoules and the inscriptions should not be erased when touched. Capsules are also available in a certain design, if they look different than usual, you should not buy the medicine.

If the medicine has already been purchased, and there is doubt about its authenticity, take the package with the medicine to a specialized laboratory for analysis. It is clear that this method of verification is the most reliable, but it takes time.

If possible, try to buy medicines produced in the CIS countries - they are almost never counterfeited, according to statistics, 2% of fakes have been identified. There is also little falsification among the cheapest and most expensive drugs - 7% of fakes were found in this line.

note

The price of a fake is lower, sometimes significantly, than medicines. This should be alarming.
According to statistics, 50% of counterfeit medicines are sold through the Internet.

Useful advice

There are a number of medicines, cheaper, but of high quality, released under the license of the developer company. These are the so-called generics, which have the same effect as the patent medicine.

Tip 3: How to distinguish a fake drug from a quality one

In Russia, every tenth drug, according to WHO, is a fake. The best option is when such a "medicine" consists of chalk, the worst case scenario can pose a threat not only to health, but also to the lives of buyers.

What is forged

Most often counterfeit drugs for headaches, colds and vitamins. In the old countries, where the standard of living is quite high, expensive and new medicines are counterfeited: antihistamines, hormones. "Viagra" - the absolute champion among fakes.

Where do they sell

A good half of the counterfeit is sold in pharmacies. Some countries, such as Belgium, France, Greece, the implementation of medicines through the Internet. In Russia, remote medicines are prohibited. That is, you can order the drug through the worldwide network on the pharmacy website, but you will have to pick it up personally.

Medicines are best purchased not at pharmacy kiosks, but at chain or large pharmacies. It is absolutely unacceptable to buy medicines from hands, in transport, in the market, in a stall.

3. You can ask for a certificate: the series, expiration date and release date on the bottle, packaging and certificate must match.

4. By the date of the documents and the number on the site, it is possible to determine whether this medicine is registered.

5. For clarification, you can always contact the manufacturer, whose contact details are indicated on the package.

6. Defective batches are listed on the QUALITY.RF website

7. You can give the drug to the local department of Roszdravnadzor for examination.

  • How to distinguish a fake or marriage from a quality drug

When buying a medicine in a pharmacy, it is quite fair to expect effective help from it. But it often happens that an already proven drug suddenly stopped helping, and the disease not only does not recede, but even continues to progress.

Pay attention to packaging. If the packaging is, then it is quite possible that it is. If there are illegible or smeared inscriptions on the packaging, an illegible expiration date, errors in the instructions, then this may well indicate a poor-quality product.

If you have been taking medicines from the same manufacturer for a long time, you can keep the packaging and instructions for comparison. If there are any changes, they will be clearly visible.

Buy from trusted major pharmacies. It is best to buy medicines in reliable places, in pharmacies of large chains that have already proved themselves well. You should not buy medicines in dubious mobile pharmacies, kiosks and in the underground metro.

Suspicious value. If the cost of the medicine is low enough, then this may indicate a fake. It is worth asking the doctor in advance about the approximate cost of the medicine, or even better, call several large pharmacies and state pharmacies and find out the cost. Perhaps the prices will be different, but they are small, on average no more than 100 rubles. If the difference is more than this amount, then this is a reason to think.

Ask for a certificate of conformity. At the pharmacy, at your request, you are required to issue a certificate of conformity, which will confirm the quality of the products.

Read the instructions. The instructions must contain detailed medication. Usually, both the appearance of the package and the characteristics of the drug itself are indicated. The instruction should contain information about contraindications, as well as the full address and telephone number of the manufacturer. If the drug in appearance differs from the description, then you may have come across a fake.

Consult your doctor. Medicines should be taken strictly on the advice of a doctor. If this medicine does not work or your condition worsens, be sure to tell your doctor. Perhaps the medicine is not suitable, there are contraindications, or you bought a fake. In this case, instead of recovery, you can only get the opposite effect.

Information regularly appears that there are more and more of them in Russia. It seems that every time we turn to a pharmacy, we run the risk of running into a fake. Meanwhile, the heads of large dealer companies and pharmacy chains categorically refute this. They claim that counterfeit medicines have almost disappeared from pharmacy counters in recent years.

Different sources differ significantly in estimating the share of counterfeit medicines on the Russian market. The World Health Organization (WHO) classifies Russia as one of the countries where the proportion of fakes is very high - more than a third. Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs say about 15%. According to Roszdravnadzor, over the past five years, drug fakes in Russia have become significantly less. Officials give a figure of 0.4-0.5%, however, with the proviso that we are talking about the proportion of counterfeit products in proven medicines. Not all batches of medicines are tested. Large dealers also claim that there is not much counterfeiting in Russia now: large manufacturers who have sinned with this are no longer working.

Whoever is right, it is clear that conflicting information only confirms the fact that the control system is imperfect and conditions favor falsifiers. This means that there are counterfeit medicines in Russia. And it doesn't matter if they are more or less. It is important for us to buy the "right" medicine.

Fakes are different

First you need to clarify which drugs are considered counterfeit. In Russian law, the concept of "counterfeit" refers to "a medicinal product accompanied by false information about its composition and (or) manufacturer". WHO identifies four types of counterfeit medicines.

  1. The first type is pacifiers, which do not contain medicinal substances at all. Most often, such "medicines" are made from chalk, flour and starch in different proportions. They are safe when it comes to drugs that are taken from time to time, for example, for headaches. But they turn into killers if they are emergency drugs, antibiotics or drugs intended for regular use, for example, for cardiovascular diseases and hypertension.
  2. The second type of counterfeit is drugs in which the active substance is replaced by a cheaper and less effective one.
  3. In the third type of fakes - imitations, the medicinal substance is the same as in the original, but its dose is reduced. The danger of imitations is that such drugs blur the clinical picture, causing a temporary improvement.
  4. The fourth type of fakes are copies, they retain the recipe of the original, but the technology is not guaranteed.

What kind of fakes can get into our home medicine cabinets? Ten years ago, when fakes flooded the Russian market, they were mostly dummies and imitations. Then unscrupulous manufacturers saved on medicinal substances. It was not difficult to calculate a fake medicine: a fake was given out by low-quality packaging, and the pills themselves, upon closer examination, differed from the original.

History of worldwide deceit

  • For the first time, data on counterfeit drugs were received by WHO in 1982. In Russia, the first case of drug falsification was officially detected in 1997.
  • Medicines rank fifth in the ranking of the most frequently counterfeited product groups after cosmetics (more than 50%), footwear and clothing (more than 50%), alcoholic beverages (about 30%), food products (more than 20%). However, it is counterfeit medicines that pose the greatest danger. In the 30 years that have passed since the first fact of falsification recorded by WHO, counterfeit medicines have killed about 200 thousand people.

Now the situation has completely changed. The Russian market is 90% filled with branded drugs of transnational pharmaceutical companies and popular "generics". In the cost of branded drugs, only 20% falls on the actual production, the remaining 80% - on research, promotion, maintenance of foreign representative offices of pharmaceutical companies and other expenses. Therefore, counterfeiters no longer need to save on medicinal substances, because they have no overhead costs. Moreover, they, like legal manufacturers, are interested in the fact that the reputation of popular drugs is "on top" (otherwise, sales will suffer), therefore, in their own interests, they produce quite high-quality fakes. In this, the Russian market for counterfeit medicines differs significantly from foreign ones. If, according to the WHO, more than 50% of fakes in the world are dummies, then Russian fakes are mostly high-quality copies. Very often they are produced from the same medicinal substances as the original drugs, in compliance with the original technologies. WHO even recognized Russian fakes as perhaps the highest quality (!) In the world.

Vadim Vinokurov, head of the reference and information service "Pharmcontrol".
“The drug market is controlled by Roszdravnadzor. We help people navigate the sea of “medicinal” information. We have created a free reference and information service, as we have complete information about drugs withdrawn from sale. Access to this information is open to everyone : http://www.pharmcontrol.ru/.Anyone can apply, name the drug, manufacturer and series. And our specialist will answer whether this drug package is among those that should be seized. There are not so many falsified drugs in Russia now "many. 99% of seized drugs are of poor quality, defective. To solve the problem of counterfeit and defective drugs, in my opinion, it is necessary, starting with the tightening of the quality control system in production, delivery and storage."

If all over the world counterfeit medicines are produced in illegal factories, then even legal pharmaceutical companies are guilty of this in our country. Experts consider the rumors that counterfeit medicines are made handicraft "in the kitchen" or "in the garage" as idle inventions of non-specialists: production lines are expensive, and it is unprofitable to produce small batches of drugs.

The low price of the drug, which differs significantly from the average in the city, should definitely alert you.

Therefore, Russian experts emphasize that counterfeit drugs can be quite high quality. And yet, their sale and use is strictly prohibited.

In addition to counterfeit drugs, there are also counterfeit drugs on our market - imported drugs imported into the country bypassing official customs procedures, as well as domestic drugs produced "in excess of the plan."

What is being faked?

Most often, the most popular and sought-after medicines of the middle price category are counterfeited. There is a clear relationship between large-scale drug promotion campaigns and the volume of counterfeiting detected.

Abroad, Viagra, antidepressants and tranquilizers, hormonal drugs are most often counterfeited. In Russia - antispasmodics, painkillers, antihistamines, hepatoprotectors, enzyme preparations, arbidol and cold remedies.

But the share of counterfeit antibiotics, fortunately, has decreased from 45% to 3-4%. However, according to experts, there are much more substandard drugs produced in Russia, in other words, defective ones. And if counterfeits are detected less and less, then defective drugs, as we were told in wholesale purchasing companies, are found almost every day. The monthly list of medicines withdrawn from the market includes dozens of names, and 99% is a marriage: the expiration date has expired, the packaging or labeling has been violated, the properties of the drug have changed as a result of improper storage, etc.

By law, defective medicines must be destroyed. But often they are returned to manufacturers or bought up by small wholesalers, where they are repackaged. And sent back to the pharmacy!

Tips

  • Medicines should be bought only in large and network pharmacies. In no case should you buy medicines from your hands, on the Internet, by phone and ads.
  • The packaging must be made of high-quality cardboard, the colors must be bright and saturated, all markings (including the barcode) must be clear and easy to read, the annotation must be printed, not photocopied. In the original preparations, the insert-annotation is inserted into the box in such a way that it is divided by a plate with a medicine or a vial in half. In a fake, the instructions are often folded separately from the blister or tube with pills.
  • Check the batch and release date and expiration date on the inner packaging (blister) or bottle and carton: they must match.
  • Information about seized falsified and defective drugs can be found on the website of Rospotrebnadzor.

Manufacturers, as usual, announced a competition among housewives for the best recipe pirogue with canned pineapple. It is not known which recipe won that competition, but the following recipe has since settled in cookbooks and in the kitchens of American housewives: pineapple rings are laid out on the bottom of the mold, a glazed cherry is placed in the hole of the rings and all this is poured with light dough.

I don’t know about you, but I came across glazed cherries in our supermarkets only once, so I had to sacrifice this spectacular element.
Another important question is which pineapple to use - fresh or canned. I liked it better pie with fresh pineapple, it is not so sweet and its taste is much more interesting, although it is almost an impossible task to beautifully cut fresh pineapple into neat rings.

What do you need:

  • 1 fresh medium sized pineapple or 1 can of canned pineapple rings ( the weight of pineapple without syrup should be about 500 g)
  • glazed cherry ( optional)
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 115 g butter and 20 g for greasing the mold
  • 120 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • split mold for pies

What to do:
If you decide to use canned pineapple, then remove the rings from the jar and let the liquid drain completely.

If a fresh pineapple is used, then it needs to be washed, cut off the top, cut lengthwise into four parts and cut out the core. Then cut each quarter crosswise into slices 1 cm thick.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Beat butter with sugar, mix flour with salt and baking powder. Separate the whites from the yolks of the eggs, add the yolks one by one to the whipped butter.

Now sift the third part of the flour into the butter-egg mixture, mix with a mixer, pour half of the measured milk into the dough and mix again.
Add half of the remaining flour, mix, pour the remaining milk and mix again, pour the remaining flour and knead the dough well with a mixer.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks and fold into batter in two batches. Mix with a spoon!

Grease the mold well with butter. Lay the pineapple slices on the bottom and pour over the dough.

Bake pie in the middle of the oven 45-50 minutes. Let the finished pineapple pie cool slightly in the mold and then turn it over onto a dish.

Most American bloggers believe that this pie is best eaten warm, topped with whipped cream. My son and I cut off a piece of warm pie, and the next morning we had breakfast completely cooled and soaked in pie. The cold cake seemed to us more delicious.

Elena Ilyina:
“In my family, my grandmother was the main baker - she knew how to bake pies “like in the village”: a huge number of pies and cheesecakes with different fillings from a huge amount of dough. Mom rarely baked, and it was a Soviet classic: Medovik, nuts with boiled condensed milk, cookies with mayonnaise, tubes with marmalade. Experiments with Bird's milk, as I remember now, failed.

In my opinion, baking is a real pleasure: from the smells of spices, from the snowfall of flour that is sifted into a bowl, from whipping butter and sugar - from yellow to white, from the transformation of runny nondescript proteins into white glossy peaks, from the secret life of sourdough, full of rustles and sounds, from the warm smell of yeast dough, which is so pleasant to put back in place and watch how it persists back ...

When I need to organize my thoughts and ideas, I bake cookies that are cut out with cookie cutters. When I have not coped with the next technical device, I take out a waffle iron - it is always submissive to me. When I need to calm down internally, I bake cupcakes. Tune in for a holiday - cakes. Such a kind of baking therapy is obtained.

Cheesecake with cottage cheese

I met this cozy and very fast cheesecake a couple of weeks ago. I was struck by the simplicity of the recipe, which did not even have to be written down ...

Breton pie

The recipe was brought to me by a friend from a trip to the south of France. She ordered a pie at every restaurant where she dined, and ended up begging the chef for the recipe.

Muffins with blueberries

The classic muffin recipe is simple: all liquid ingredients and sugar are mixed in one bowl, all dry ingredients and berries are mixed in the second. Then...

Step 1: Prepare the cherry.

Remove desired amount of cherries from syrup. Cut each berry in half. Remove the stone and twig, if any.

Step 2: Prepare the pineapples.

Open a can of canned pineapple and immediately pour the right amount of juice into the bowl. Discard the rest or set aside to prepare some other dish.

Step 3: Prepare the pie dough.

First, sift the flour and baking powder through a fine sieve, mix these bulk ingredients together and set them aside for now.
Break chicken eggs into a clean deep plate, add vanilla and regular sugar to them and beat with a mixer into a fluffy, homogeneous white mass. As soon as you achieve the formation of foam, start pouring in the juice from under the canned pineapples, without stopping whisking. After that, alternately add sour cream and sunflower oil.
Now we combine all the ingredients together, pouring wheat flour mixed with baking powder into a thick liquid mass. Continue mixing until you have a smooth sticky dough.

Step 4: Shape the pineapple pie.

Set the oven to preheat to 180 degrees and start shaping the pie. To do this, grease the prepared form with butter, and then pour sugar into it, preferably brown. Carefully spread the pineapple slices on the bottom and place inside each and around, if desired, cherry halves. Carefully pour the dough over the fruit in such a way that they do not move.

Step 5: Bake the Canned Pineapple Pie.

When the oven reaches the desired temperature ( 180 degrees), send the form with the cake to bake on 40 minutes. During this time, the dough will be baked, so take out the pastry and wait until it cools down a bit, literally within 5 minutes. Then cover the baking dish with a large, flat dish and turn everything over to gently shake out the cake. Voila! And in front of you is a delicious dessert made from tender sour cream dough, decorated with canned pineapple rings. Serve it to the table after it has cooled to room temperature.

Step 6: Serve the canned pineapple pie.

Canned pineapple pie can be served as a dessert or just for an afternoon snack. Divide it into portions, brew unsweetened black or herbal tea for everyone and start eating soon to make sure that the pastries are not only beautiful, but very tasty.
Enjoy your meal!

The shape for baking the pie can be arbitrary, not necessarily round, it can be any suitable baking tray.

You can also bake not a whole cake, but many small cupcakes. To do this, also pour sugar into special forms, place pineapple slices, and half a cherry in their center, fill with dough and send everything to the oven until fully cooked.

The use of cherries is not necessary, but with them the appearance of the cake becomes much more appetizing and brighter.
