What can you take to eat in nature. What to bring on a picnic: a useful list of necessary things

List:

  1. Tent. For a good outdoor recreation you will need a tent if you are not driving. Or if all the vacationers cannot fit in the car interior.
  2. Inflatable mattress or karimat.
  3. Sleeping bag single or double.
  4. Folding table.
  5. Cookware set. Metal is best.
  6. gas burner or tiles.
  7. Collapsible brazier.
  8. Charcoal.
  9. Flashlight, for night lighting.
  10. Warm clothes, for a cool night. Or if you go out into nature not in the summer season.
  11. Toys. For children, a ball, rackets, paper with pencils or paints, it depends on your imagination and desire. Also, stock up on some.
  12. Products. Let's not forget about children and their nutrition.

Of course, you can not take all this, but you can pick up a bunch of all sorts of things, I don’t mind. But based on my personal experience, I write in more detail what to take with you to nature with an overnight stay, since with a set of these things, the rest always turns out to be good, which suits both me and my friends. Next, I want to explain why I consider the things I have listed necessary for a normal good rest.

Tent

Previously, when the car was smaller, in order to free up space in the cabin, I set up a tent next to the car, and everything that was not needed in the cabin was put into it. If it starts to rain, things remain dry, and from an aesthetic point of view, there is more order on the camp, there are no things scattered here and there. You can also spend the night in a tent if the volume of the cabin does not allow everyone to fit in it. I have a simple proven eight, which is easy to unfold and also easily folds into a ring.

Now, since the space in the new car allows you to place all things inside, the need for a tent has disappeared. If someone does not have a tent, but there is a desire to buy one, I can recommend an inexpensive budget one. In the summer, when my wife and children went to rest in the mountains, I bought for them an inexpensive, easy to assemble, weighing only 2.150 kg, which is 2.0 kg less than the figure eight, the assembled size in the case is 0.59 * 0.19 * 0.1 m worth $33.

And when it started to rain in the mountains, it turned out to be also very moisture resistant. In general, my family was satisfied with the purchase.

If you are planning to spend the night in a tent and you do not have a mattress instead, a lightweight carimat that does not allow moisture and heat to pass through is perfect.

Inflatable mattress

Since we travel by car and very often overnight, I bought an inflatable double mattress, which fits very comfortably into the cabin.
When folded, it takes up very little space. Immediately, there was no need to carry bulky wadded mattresses with you.

double mattress

In order not to carry bedspreads, blankets, and pillows with you, I advise you to buy a single or double sleeping bag. And warm and cozy.

Lighting at night

When leaving for an overnight stay, I advise you to definitely take flashlights with you, now there are very convenient economical ones for frontal ones on sale, but you can take any one as long as it shines.
I think that batteries are best suited for a flashlight, they are capacitive for a long time and there is no need to buy batteries every trip, besides, if the batteries are not removed from the flashlight in time, they can leak and ruin the flashlight.

You can buy a small gasoline power generator like my friends. Using a generator allows you to carry ordinary household appliances with you, it all depends on the power of the generator.

I won’t write much about the fact that you need to take warm clothes with you, change of clothes, it goes without saying it all depends on the time of year and the weather.

Convenience of rest - folding table and chairs

A folding table with chairs will free you from sitting on the damp ground when eating, annoying ants and insects, as well as debris and sand on the dining cover.
Also, to get a good outdoor recreation, especially when you go to one place for more than one day, and do not plan frequent moves. You can purchase a lightweight collapsible tent with a mosquito net and detachable walls made of light bologna. A table is easily placed in such a tent. In bad weather, it will shelter from rain and wind, and on a hot day from the sun and annoying insects.

Crockery and miscellaneous trifles for outdoor recreation with an overnight stay

By purchasing a ready-made set of camping dishes or by collecting dishes in a separate box or bag, you will save yourself the hassle of collecting cups, spoons, etc. when going out into nature. And upon arrival on vacation, the most unpleasant thing is if it turns out that something necessary is left at home. Here is a simple example of such a backpack in which the items listed below can easily fit.

  • four small bowls
  • one big deep
  • four forks
  • four tablespoons
  • two tearooms
  • four mugs
  • scaler
  • cutting board
  • towel
  • torch
  • insect repellant
  • napkins
  • toilet paper
  • pan
  • small saucepan

It also contains a gas burner nozzle with a cylinder, in case you need to light a fire in wet weather. The burner can sometimes be used to heat water or cook food.

What to take with you to nature with an overnight stay from products:

  • vegetable oil bottle
  • bottle of vinegar
  • sugar
  • jar of flour
  • pepper
  • Bay leaf
  • dill, spices.

From drugs

  • citramon
  • chloramphenicol
  • hydrogen peroxide
  • cotton bandage
  • rubber bandage
  • and those medicines that you deem necessary, depending on your health.

Detergents

It’s also a good idea to put a bottle of detergent in it so as not to put dirty dishes in a backpack.

Gas stove

To free yourself from collecting firewood, washing with soiled soot from a fire, dishes of hands and clothes, it is good to take a small gas stove with a gas canister with you. Now the stores sell compact hiking.

On it you can cook anywhere, even right in the car. If you are a fan of cooking on an open fire or coals, I advise you to purchase a collapsible brazier. Moreover, by kindling a fire on the ground, you spoil nature and risk starting a fire. In addition to skewers, it’s good to buy a grill grate for the barbecue, you can fry barbecue and chicken, fish and sausages in it ... What else to take with you to nature for cooking anything on the grill, it’s good to take charcoal with you, now it is sold in almost all hunting stores. This will free you from collecting a lot of firewood. Coal ignites well, burns for a long time, gives a good heat and does not spark. The coal that has not burned to the end, you can put out and take with you on your next trip.

what to take with you to nature from food:

There is no clear answer to the question of what to take with you to eat. It all depends on the material possibilities and tastes of each. I will list what I take most often and you can choose what you need.

  • Bread, loaf, grilled chicken, smoked or boiled sausage, sausages, bacon, salted lard, canned meat, pate, gingerbread, sweets, salt, sugar.
  • Regular noodles, chicken soup set, instant noodles, barbecue, frozen dumplings, raw or boiled eggs.
  • Fresh or salted tomatoes, fresh or salted cucumbers, onions, potatoes, fruit, watermelon, melon.
  • Drinking water, mineral water, drinks, juice, milk.
  • Seasoning universal, tea leaves or coffee.

You can add something of your own. I want to remind you that you need to pay attention to the terms and conditions of storage of products and eat all perishable products in the first place.

What to take children to eat outdoors

The fresh air and running about make children hungry, and to kill it, I advise you to bring a dry breakfast of corn balls or cereal, and a carton of milk with a screw cap. Although of course a lot depends on your capabilities and funds, as well as the capacity of your car or trailer.

HOW TO ENTERTAIN YOURSELF AND ENTERTAIN CHILDREN IN NATURE it seems to me that everything you need to take with you to nature, so that you and your household are satisfied with the trip. Have a nice holiday!

The warm season allows you to spend as much time as possible outside the city - to leave for a few days and spend the night in nature, in a car or in a tent. At the same time, you need to eat even when traveling by car, and eat fully, especially when traveling with children.

Today we will discuss how to calculate the amount of products, what products to take with you to nature, what dishes we might need, and also what can be cooked in nature. I will offer a small but practical version of the menu for eating outdoors for three people.

Considering that we are still autotourists, and we don’t need to carry the entire grocery set in a backpack, the only limitation for us is the size of the trunk, in which, in addition to things, we also need to put food.

What dishes can come in handy on a car trip

I’ll make a reservation right away: when we go on a hiking trip to nature, especially far outside the city, where there are no cafes or shops, we always cook ourselves. We do not use a fire for cooking.

Accordingly, I always have with me in the car:

1. Camping gas stove and a decent supply of gas cylinders

Do not try to save on a gas stove and gas cylinders. Cheap Chinese tiles tend to break quickly at the most inopportune moment. A tile of good quality will serve you with active use - two to three years, with infrequent use - 5 - 6 years. When buying gas cylinders, also try to look at both the manufacturer and the category of gas (summer / winter). We try to take either Pathfinder or Kovea gas.

I take a stock of cylinders like this: one cylinder per day when preparing breakfast and dinner, plus two or three spare ones. That is, when traveling for three days, five cylinders of gas are enough. If you are not sure about the quality of the gas cylinder, and you are afraid that you will not have enough, take a little more gas for the first trip.

2. A set of dishes

  1. a saucepan with a lid for 2.5 - 3 l., I use aluminum, it is easier to wash;
  2. frying pan with a lid, I use a normal Teflon pan. By the way, a little tip for washing a Teflon pan in nature: buy a few rolls of ordinary paper towels, and after cooking, while the pan is still warm, wipe it with a dry paper towel several times. They are excellent at removing grease and scrubbing the pan. No cleaning products will be needed;
  3. kettle (you can, of course, boil tea in a saucepan, but, firstly, the saucepan can be busy, and secondly, we are used to having a camping kettle);
  4. several plastic salad bowls with lids;
  5. disposable tableware (deep and flat plates). We take at once on packing (on 50 pieces), - suffices for several departures;
  6. metal mugs, the number of mugs is equal to the number of family members;
  7. plastic cups, 10 pieces, just in case;
  8. a ladle, a skimmer, a wooden spatula, a corkscrew, a knife-opener, metal forks and spoons in an amount equal to family members. Forks and spoons can also be taken disposable, but for cooking, for example, stirring soup, it is more convenient to use metal spoons. Definitely a knife. It is more convenient for me to use an ordinary kitchen knife, although you can get by with a penknife;
  9. cutting board. It will come in handy to cut the bread, and cut the salad, and cut the meat - fish.

All dishes are neatly folded into a plastic container with a lid. This is very convenient: everything is in one place, you do not have to search all over the car.

If you are traveling with a dog, then a set of dishes is added with a couple of dog bowls.

3. Table. Ordinary tourist table

Of course, not every car will fit a set of tourist furniture. But a table, or at least a straight surface on which you can safely place a gas stove, without the risk of it falling, and simply lay out food for cooking in nature, is a must.

4. Two or three kitchen towels

They help out a lot and wipe your hands, and take a hot pan, and wipe the washed dishes. Several rolls of paper towels, in fact, for almost the same purpose. Moreover, a used paper towel burns perfectly in a fire.

5. Garbage bags

I can't stand garbage dumps in nature. Therefore, we always take our garbage, the one that is not burned, no matter how far we are, to the nearest garbage can. The larger and denser you take with you garbage bags, the less chance of garbage leaking in the car ...

Basic rules for the formation of a grocery set for a trip to nature

For me, there are only three rules for the formation of a grocery set:

First. There should be plenty of drinking water. The hotter it is outside, the more drinking water should be.

Second. The hotter it is outside, the less perishable food we take with us.

Third. Do not bring more food, especially perishable food, than you can eat.

What products we take for nature

Each family has its own set of products, but for us, for a family of three, the standard set of products looks something like this:

  1. Canned food: meat, fish, pates. I take at the rate of two cans per day of travel. Pate - one jar for two days.
  2. Buckwheat, pasta. Based on one pack for two days (even if left, the product is stored for a very long time)
  3. Potato, onion. At the rate of about one medium bucket per week, plus a dozen onions per week.
  4. Bread, biscuits, muffins, etc. for tea. Bread - at the rate of half a loaf for one day, everything else - to taste.
  5. Several bags of instant soups. Usually one sachet per day.
  6. Drinking water. As a rule, five liters for one day. It is better to take rectangular 10-liter canisters, and pour water into them yourself. But store-bought 5-liter bottles are also convenient.
  7. Tea, coffee, sugar, condensed milk. As a rule, one medium pack of tea bags, a jar of coffee is enough. For sugar, it is better to have a small plastic container with a tight-fitting lid. As practice shows, plastic bags with sugar are torn at the most inopportune moment, and a paper box falls apart on the third or fourth day of the journey.
  8. Salt, various seasonings (for meat, fish, etc.), soda. Salt is more convenient to take in plastic packaging, with a dispenser. The amount of seasoning depends on what you plan to cook.
  9. Eggs, milk with a long shelf life. I take a dozen eggs in a package. If it's cool outside, and we're going for a long time, sometimes we buy two dozen eggs. If you take the eggs in bulk, put them in a salad bowl with a lid, after wrapping it in a towel, so that the eggs do not come into contact with each other and with the walls of the salad bowl. Milk - a liter - two.
  10. A small bag of flour. You can also cook pancakes - pancakes, and with successful fishing, fry the fish in flour. As a rule, one kilogram is enough.
  11. Sunflower oil (it is better to take in a low bottle - it is more convenient to store). Half a liter is enough.
  12. Sausage (preferably smoked or servedat), possibly sausages or sausages (in not hot weather, and provided that they are eaten within a day). Approximately one large stick of servelat for three days.
  13. Perhaps frozen meat or chicken fillet, also provided that it is cooked and eaten within a day
  14. Cheese, melted cheese. Depends on how much cheese you eat.
  15. Mayonnaise, ketchup. We also take sour cream if we plan to eat it during the day.
  16. Fresh vegetables, greens for salads. I take about ten cucumbers and the same number of tomatoes. It takes three days. They don't live longer.
  17. Several plastic bottles of mineral water (especially in hot weather). Do not take soda and juices - on the contrary, they increase thirst.
  18. Several five-liter bottles with ordinary drinking water. At the rate of five liters per day.

A little tip for extending the shelf life of food taken on a trip: if you stop at a pond, fill it with a bucket of water, pack perishable food in a plastic bag, and put it in a bucket of water. The bucket definitely needs to be kept in the shade. The hotter it is outside, the more often it is necessary to change the water in the bucket (as it warms up).

As well as in the case of dishes, it is more convenient to place the products that you take with you into nature in plastic containers with lids. It is best to pack food in separate containers, separating perishable food and long shelf life food. For example, canned food, salt, cereals and pasta, seasonings, sunflower oil will perfectly get along in one container.

To calculate the amount of necessary products for a good outdoor recreation, you need to consider what and how often you will cook

I repeat once again: if it is very hot outside, we do not take perishable products!

The first day

Part of the first day, as a rule, is spent on the road to the place of rest. Depending on how long it takes to travel, and also taking into account the fact that at home you can not only have breakfast, but also cook food for the first day of the trip:

Breakfast: We have breakfast at home.

Dinner.
For lunch (snack on the road), I boil a few eggs for the road (two per person), boil potatoes (also two potatoes per person), fry chicken fillet or lean meat in one medium piece. While still warm, I pack the potatoes and chicken (or meat) in a small plastic food container and carefully wrap it in foil. I'm making some sandwiches. I also take a few apples / bananas / pears, etc. with me. I take a thermos with tea.

Dinner.
Dinner is already prepared in nature (at the place of rest). Since there was no full dinner during the day, I cook soup in the evening.
Salad: cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, dressed with sunflower oil (or sour cream). If I didn’t finish the eggs on the way, I also crumble them into a salad. Soup: I use a bag of instant soup for cooking. First, I peel and boil the potatoes, when the potatoes boil - I add the stew (grind it with a fork), when the potatoes are almost ready - I add a bag of soup (see the package for how to cook them). For three people, one liter of water and four to five medium potatoes are enough for soup.

Bottom line, products for the first day:

  • six boiled eggs;
  • six boiled potatoes;
  • three pieces of fried meat;
  • a few apples/bananas/pears…;
  • can of stew;
  • a bag of quick-boiled soup;
  • sunflower oil and salt.

Second day

Breakfast.
Morning in nature will be remembered for a long time if you start it with pancakes!
We bake pancakes for breakfast. Condensed milk or a small jar of jam or jam is quite suitable for pancakes.

Dinner.
Definitely soup. We cook potatoes with canned fish. I add fish when the potatoes are almost cooked. This soup cooks very quickly.
You can additionally make a salad of fresh vegetables.

Dinner.
We make salad and pasta with stew. Some housewives first boil the pasta, then discard it in a colander, then put it in a frying pan and add the stew.

Cooking in nature can be much easier: take an aluminum pan, pour enough water into it so that when the pasta is lowered, they are completely covered with water. Cook macaroni until half cooked, then add the stew, crushed with a fork. We finish the noodles: bring to the usual "semi-dry" state. And immediately serve on the table.

Bottom line, products for the second day:

  • a liter of milk, flour, two eggs, salt, sugar, soda;
  • condensed milk;
  • two cucumbers, two tomatoes, a bunch of greens;
  • four to five potatoes for soup;
  • a bank of canned fish;
  • a can of canned meat;
  • package with pasta;
  • sunflower oil and salt.

Day Three

Breakfast.
Fried eggs with sausage (servelat).

Dinner.
Salad and potatoes with stew.

We dine at home.

Bottom line, products on the third day:

  • three - four eggs;
  • a few slices of servelat;
  • two cucumbers, two tomatoes, a bunch of greens;
  • five to six potatoes for soup;
  • a can of canned meat;
  • sunflower oil (in salad) and salt.

In fact, it doesn’t take much time to cook in nature. Yes, and this process is not a burden. Moreover, the family can help with cooking.

If the rest involves active walking, then instead of lunch we make sandwiches with us, and in the evening we definitely eat soup.

The choice of products for going out into nature, or for a long auto trip, depends only on your preferences. But I hope that my advice will help you rationally prepare supplies for a great trip.

Very soon, summer will come into its full rights, and the city of the stone jungle will heat up to the limit. On weekends in major metropolitan areas, there is always something to do… go to the cinema, ride catamarans in the park or arrange a bike ride. All this is great, but, you see, the best option would be a trip to nature, where you can forget all your everyday problems for a while and feel like a real savage in a good sense of the word.

But, before the trip, you should figure out what you need to take with you on a picnic of food, make a list of the necessary things that you will need for a comfortable stay.

Hot weather picnic list

  • Plaid or bedspread- for a short picnic - this is the very first and necessary thing to take care of! After all, you will need to sit or lie on something 🙂
  • Products, of course, BUT ... they need to be cooked or cut on something! Therefore, the second in the list we will indicate multitool, knife and any other utensils. If you are traveling with children, then take care of their convenience.

By the way, not so long ago, I ordered from aliexpress, especially for barbecue trips: a knife, a fork, a spoon in one bottle. In the unfolded state, the plug can be unfastened and used separately. I can’t wait until I try it 🙂 The price was 180 rubles.

  • Lighter, matches
  • Going to barbecues, take care of at least skewers. It would be nice to have a collapsible barbecue in your luggage. In extreme cases, build a brazier from 4 bricks 🙂
  • Coals. No one doubts that in the forest you will find dry branches and other wood. All this is useful for an evening fire, near which you will tell horror stories or poison jokes. Coals are needed for cooking hot.

  • Quickly fry eggs with sausage or warm up tea, gas burner will help. Just don't let the kids near it, after all GAS... DANGEROUS... 🙂
  • Napkins
  • Regardless of whether you have a child with you, it is worth taking outdoor play equipment
    • frisbee
    • Air pistol for target shooting, etc.
  • Wireless bluetooth speaker. Rather chic and luxury, but it will be more fun with it, especially if the company is large and you want to have a party in the forest. Some of the speakers have a moisture and dust-proof housing. You just need to connect via bluetooth protocol with your phone and play your favorite music.

  • Portable charger. While relaxing, it is better to forget about all gadgets, but we are so used to them that even making a fire can be accompanied by the phrase: Ok Google ... how to light a fire)) and so that a low battery percentage does not overshadow your weekend, take a powerbank with you for 20 000 mAh, this is enough for 8 - 10 full charges of the smartphone. In our next article, you will find out there is a lot of interesting things, do not miss it!
  • So ... they put the charge, but the phone?

Overnight outdoors

1. Do you love adventure and want to leave the gassed city at least for the night, and do not know what to take with you for a picnic? First of all, a tent should go into the trunk of your car. Double or more depends on your company.

2. Personal care products(soap, toothbrush, paste)

3. Torch

4. Wireless lamp for a tent. If everyone can't sleep and want to read a book, then do it in a well-lit tent.

5. All avid fishermen know that the best bite starts in the early morning .. at 4 - 5 o'clock. Therefore, right now, grab fishing gear.

6. Camera. Lovers of snapping nature can’t even imagine what amazing pictures you can get in the evening near the fire or in the early morning when the sun rises.

7. Mosquito repellent. Bloodsuckers can cause a lot of problems and iridescent fun can turn into a living hell. Mosquitol or Gardex can help you.

8. Sleep accessories. Blanket or warm blanket.

9. Toilet paper. I think this is not even worth mentioning, the best invention of mankind.

What products to take

If you decide to cook kebabs, you will have to take care of the following products:

  • Meat - pork, lamb, chicken drumsticks, wings. It is preferable to marinate in advance, so as not to bother with this in nature. However, in the event that you did not have time, then for the marinade you will need:
    • table vinegar
    • Pepper
    • Mayonnaise
    • Ketchup
    • Mineral water
  • Rest outside the city will not be complete if you do not stock up on fresh vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, potatoes)
  • Hikers will love canned food (sprats, stew)
  • Bread or pita bread to taste
  • Milk in the heat will quickly turn sour, so we advise you to take condensed milk in a bag with a lid.
  • Sandwiches or sweets for tea.
  • Fans of foreign films will want to repeat the traditional American fun of roasting Marshmallow marshmallows on a fire.

first aid kit

  • Zelenka, iodine or hydrogen peroxide solution - from abrasions and scratches
  • Antiseptic wipes, bandages, plasters
  • Spazmalgon
  • Sorbents for poisoning: activated carbon, Smecta
  • No-shpa, Hilak-Forte, Festal, Mezim-Forte - to restore intestinal microflora

Outdoor clothing

Before traveling, you should study the meteorological report for the coming weekend and, based on this, prepare appropriate clothing. In any case, you will need:

  1. Pants you don't mind getting dirty
  2. Shorts if it's hot
  3. Socks, for cold weather
  4. For those who decide to relax with an overnight stay at a picnic, take care of warm clothes: hooded sweatshirts, thin hats
  5. To avoid sunstroke, pack a hat in your bag
  6. Sunglasses
  7. Raincoat
  8. Leave louboutins and amazing pants at home, in nature you will need more serious shoes (old sneakers, boots)

We hope we didn’t miss anything, and most importantly, remember that a successful vacation will be considered the one that gave you pleasure and left the most pleasant memories.

P.s. do not abuse alcohol and clean up after yourself.

P.s.s. May the good weather be with you! 🙂

Picnic, hiking, barbecue, fishing, walking through the forest or spending the night in a tent - outdoor recreation brings a lot of positive emotions. However, you need to prepare well for such an event.

Forgotten matches can motivate you to solve the "how to cook and keep warm" puzzle. Moreover, the answer, most likely, will have to be sought without the Internet, because in rural areas there is not always a good connection. Extra things in a traveler's backpack will be a heavy load that you will want to leave in the nearest bushes, so we are careful about compiling a list of things that you need to take with you. It is the list, because without a written fixation of the names of the necessary items fly out of the head.

Wherever you are going, you cannot do without these things. The basic list of items that are necessary for any field trip:

Water. On the day an adult drinks 1.5-2 liters of water, especially if it is in motion. Find out in advance if you can replenish your fluid supply along the way.

Repellent. Wherever we go - mosquitoes are right there, especially in the evening. If you are going outdoors between May and September, choose a product that also protects against ticks.

Headdress. Sunstroke shouldn't get in the way of your vacation.

Sunscreen. Ultraviolet rays will reach you through the crowns in the forest thicket, and at the ski resort, and at the dacha.

Comfortable closed clothing. If you are not in nature solely for sunbathing, wear closed clothes made of thick fabric. Remember that patches of bare skin tempt insects.

Knife. Walking for mushrooms, hiking, fishing or barbecue will not be fun if you do not have a knife with you.

Telephone. Despite the fact that the signal is not everywhere, you need to have a means of communication with the world. It is desirable that the cell phone does not discharge for a long time.

Matches. Put them in a plastic bag with a tight seal so they don't get wet.

Food. Even if you only plan to spend a couple of hours outdoors, snacking should not contain perishable foods. In the heat, you will not have time to blink an eye, as they deteriorate.

First aid kit. What exactly to put in it, we will tell further.

Plaid. It will help to keep warm, and you can land on it in nature.

What to take with you to nature: a list

What to take with you to nature with an overnight stay

For nature lovers, camping is the best vacation. The starry sky far from the city, the cozy crackle of a fire, the refreshing evening air - the romance of camping life. If you plan to spend the night in a tent, then the list of things you need on the road will have to be expanded.

FROM you should take:

  • a tent, preferably waterproof;
  • karemat - a tourist rug that will serve as the floor of the tent;
  • sleeping bag;
  • torch;
  • roomy backpack;
  • change of clothes;
  • metal or plastic utensils (cup, bowl, spoon, fork, knife, can opener);
  • tourist gas burner;
  • food - from food, pay attention to non-perishable foods: cereals, pasta, muesli, canned food, bread, lard or raw smoked sausage, sweets, tea, dried fruits, salt, spices;
  • toothbrush and paste;
  • soap, toilet paper, hygienic lipstick;
  • towel;
  • mirror, comb;
  • raincoat.

Young naturalists enjoy spending time outdoors. But urban children often do not know what to do in nature. So that they do not discharge their gadgets, consider entertainment for them.

Camping with children is a responsible event. If you are going with backpacks, have your child have a small backpack too. Fishing? So, a rod. The child must feel part of the team.

You will have to bring a minimum set of toys with you. A compass and binoculars will interest a young tourist. Pencils and an album will help to convey in a creative way the impressions of communication with nature.

A ball, a frisbee, a kite, rackets and a shuttlecock will fill your leisure time on a country holiday.

In the fresh air, the taste of food is felt brighter. A change of scenery will make simple dishes even tastier.

If you gathered to eat nature, in addition to what is indicated in basic list, take from yourself:

  • Dishes. Suitable disposable - paper or plastic. She's much lighter. If you are without a car, this is a very important factor, because the lighter your luggage, the better. Bowls, cutting board and cutlery will also come in handy.
  • Several knives - one will not be enough.
  • Corkscrew. Are you planning a romantic get-together with a bottle of wine? It is desirable that you do not have to open it with your finger.
  • Paper and wet wipes, disposable tablecloth.
  • Garbage bags. Don't forget to return to the city with them. The forest is not a dump.
  • I'm going. For a light snack, simple dishes that do not require cutlery are suitable. Sandwiches, vegetables and fruits are a great option for a modest picnic. All products must be prepared in advance: fruits and vegetables are washed, and the sausage is cut.

How not to go to the barbecue in the summer! This is a favorite form of recreation outside the city.

If a more serious gastronomic trip is planned, the highlight of which is barbecue, then to the list will be added:

  • brazier Folding will be more convenient on the road;
  • lattice;
  • tongs or spatula;
  • folding chairs and tables;
  • coal, ignition;
  • hatchet;
  • canopy tent;
  • meat, sauce, grilled vegetables, seasonings will come in handy from the products.

First aid kit on the road

Like promised, here is a list of necessary medicines for the trip:

  • in case of poisoning: adsorbents that remove toxins from the body, for example, activated carbon or polysorb. As well as loperamide or imodium, which help stop diarrhea;
  • painkiller;
  • plasters, bandage, cotton wool and a disinfectant;
  • antiallergic medicines;

In many cities, suburban parks have recreation areas with a barbecue, a table and benches, often there is also a sports ground nearby. You can even arrange a comfortable picnic for yourself and go to the camp site. They will provide a room there, prepare firewood and light a barbecue.

The amount of inventory depends on your needs and financial capabilities. Fashionable picnic baskets have long settled in our out-of-town events. But if there is no basket, we take any sports bag and put everything you need in it. The entire arsenal for a picnic will fit in the basket, if there are few participants, 2-4 people, and the event will be short-lived. But if the company is gaining a large one, then everything will fit only in the trunk of a car.

List of picnic equipment

Barbecue with skewers is the most necessary thing on a picnic. Purchase a folding kit - it will not take up much space in the trunk, and will quickly assemble upon arrival.
Charcoal. Now sold everywhere and saves a lot of time. For greater convenience, immediately purchase a charcoal starter (tablets or liquid).
Matches! How can you fire without them?
Tableware. Most often purchased disposable. Very convenient, you can throw it away after use. But you can grab a familiar one from home or a camping one made of metal. As well as goblets made of durable glass.
Dish for barbecue. Ready meat will need to be laid out on a common dish, so it will be more convenient for the participants of the whole company
Tablecloths. For a spring picnic, it is better to take a durable and waterproof one. In the spring, it will probably be damp somewhere, and the food should be on a dry surface.
Tourist rugs (karemats) and blankets. Sitting on the ground is not very pleasant, and not safe. If the picnic area is not equipped with benches, take a warm, thick blanket or blanket.
