With its help, our grandmothers treated the common cold and used it as a cosmetic product. Traditionally, raspberries are used to make a variety of desserts, including sweet pies. There are many recipes for them. To simplify your task, you can cook this pastry in a slow cooker.

Raspberry pie in a slow cooker: a gourmet pastry recipe

Compound:

  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Butter - 150 g
  • Sugar - 150 g
  • Flour - 1.5 tbsp.
  • Raspberries - 200 g
  • Baking powder - 10 g
  • Vanilla sugar - 10 g

Cooking:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with a mixer or a whisk until thick foam, gradually adding sugar and vanilla sugar.
  2. Beat the mass until the foam becomes thick. Slowly add the yolks while continuing to beat.
  3. Melt the butter in the microwave or over a water bath. Add it to the egg mixture. Add flour and baking powder, knead the dough. It should be thick enough. Put the dough in a thin layer in the multicooker bowl.
  4. Sort the raspberries, wash and dry. Spread the berries evenly over the entire surface of the dough.
  5. Place the rest of the batter on top of the raspberries and level with a spatula.
