How to cook meat pie with minced meat

1. Minced meat should be prepared in advance. You can add soaked bread, grated garlic and onions to it. Be sure to salt the meat mass. You can use just twisted meat.

2. Pour milk into prepared dishes. It should be at room temperature.

3. Pour in granulated sugar.

4. Add yeast. Mix well.

5. Crack an egg.

6. Salt a little.

7. Flour needs to be sifted. Thanks to this feature, the dough will turn out airy.

8. Knead the dough. Pour in vegetable oil. Mix it well into the dough.

9. The dough should be warm. The bowl should be covered with a lid or cling film.

10. Roll out the risen mass into a thin layer.

11. Cut circles with a glass.

12. Put a teaspoon of minced meat on each circle. Connect the edges slightly.

13. Spread the petals of the products in a baking dish. Put parchment paper on the bottom, grease it with oil.
