Cooking:

To prepare the tomato sauce, peel the tomatoes by pouring boiling water over them. In the pan where the hedgehogs were fried, add the grated carrots and fry for a few minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until smooth. Salt and pepper the sauce to taste. If the tomatoes are not juicy enough, you can add a little water. Place the meatballs in the sauce so that they are about two-thirds submerged. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. 5-7 minutes before readiness, add chopped greens.

2 zucchini,

500 g chicken fillet,
1/2 cup rice
1 onion

Cooking:
Boil rice until half cooked. Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder along with onions. Mix minced meat with rice and egg, salt and season with spices of your choice. Shape the minced meat into balls, placing a small piece of cheese in the center of each ball. Put the balls in a baking dish, greased with oil, and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce by mixing sour cream and peeled tomatoes with a blender. Salt and add spices to taste. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes more. Sprinkle finished meatballs with chopped dill.
