To make a large pancake in the oven you will need:

milk - 1 liter;

eggs - 4 pcs.;

flour - 440 g;

salt - 1 tsp;

sugar - 1 tsp;

vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking steps

Crack the eggs into a bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth and fluffy.
