Cooking instructions

So, cut the strawberries into large slices and sprinkle with sugar at the rate of two tablespoons per half a kilo of berries. Leave strawberries overnight. The next day, you can proceed to the preparation of dessert. To do this, mix sugar with lemon zest. This must be done carefully so that the sugar is saturated with lemon flavor as best as possible. For the strawberry layer, we need a glass of strawberry puree, 50 milliliters of water, 5 grams of gelatin, sugar to taste, and berries for decoration.

Cooking process

First you need to pour gelatin with milk and leave for a quarter of an hour. Then we send this mass to the fire and, stirring constantly, heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Make sure the milk doesn't boil. Take the dish off the stove and let it cool. Yogurt (it should be at room temperature) beat well and add sugar and lemon juice to it. Beat again until you have a light airy mass. We begin to pour in a thin stream of milk with gelatin, while stirring constantly. Then we separate the fourth part from the mass. Add the cocoa powder to the remaining mixture and mix well. Pour the yogurt mass into a beautiful dish and send it to the freezer for a quarter of an hour. Then take it out, pour over the remaining yogurt mixture and put in the refrigerator until hardened. The yogurt cake is almost ready. Let's move on to the strawberry layer.
