We will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 fresh raw egg.
  • 1 glass of fresh warm milk.
  • 3 art. tablespoons of your favorite honey.

  • 2 tbsp. spoons of squeezed lemon juice.

How to make eggnog - the cooking process

  • First you need to carefully separate the yolk from the protein. First prepare the containers (cup or bowl) for protein and yolk. We break the egg in the middle over the cup and, pouring the protein from the shell into it, transfer the yolk from one half of the shell to the other. The drink will turn out tastier if you try not to get a drop of protein into the yolk.
  • Transfer the yolk from the shell to a blender bowl and add honey to it. Mix the ingredients with a blender until a homogeneous mass of almost white color is obtained.
  • Whisking constantly, add the warmed milk and then the lemon juice.
  • The resulting mixture is poured into a cup, from which we will then drink a drink.
  • Rinse the blender bowl and place the egg white and sugar in it. Beat the protein with a blender until stable soft peaks appear. To achieve this state, the protein must be taken chilled and salt must be added to it at the tip of a knife. Beat should be 5-7 minutes at high speed.
  • In a cup previously filled with 2/3 of the yolk mixture, spread the beaten protein on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar. The drink is ready!
