To make a berry cocktail very cold and thick, there is a little secret - you need to add a frozen banana to the berries. In a cocktail, it will act as popsicles; without it, the drink will turn out to be watery, not so sweet and not very cold. You can add food ice cubes, but then the rich berry flavor will be lost.
Take any berries for a cocktail - currants, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, cherries, cherries. Both fresh and frozen berries will do. If you add raspberries or currants, then the berries can be chopped in a separate bowl and rubbed through a sieve to remove small bones.

Ingredients:

- bananas - 2-3 pieces;
- strawberries - 200 gr;
- raspberries - 150 gr;
- sugar - 2-3 tbsp. l (or honey);
- creamy or fruit ice cream - 100 gr;
- milk - 0.5 cups;
- grated chocolate - for decoration.

Bananas for a cocktail with ice cream cut into circles. We lay it out on a plate or on a plank in one layer and put it in the freezer for half an hour. In 25-30 minutes, bananas will become dense and, when crushed, will give the desired density to the cocktail.





Wash strawberries, clean from sand and stalks. We set aside a couple of beautiful berries to decorate cocktails with ice cream and berries.







We send frozen bananas to the blender first. Grind into a bowl.





Add strawberries to blender.





Grind together with bananas. You will get a very thick fruit pulp.







We spread raspberries in the future berry cocktail (if the raspberries are already pureed, then it can be added later).





We spread creamy ice cream (or fruit) to the fruit and berry puree. Blend with a blender until all ingredients are combined.





Add sugar or honey to taste. The amount depends on the sweetness of the berries and your preference. For yourself, you can make an almost unsweetened cocktail, and it is better for children to sweeten the cocktail.





Pour milk into the cocktail. If the milk is not pasteurized, boil it in advance and cool it, add it to the cocktail well chilled. Milk adjust the density of the cocktail, it can be made thin or thick, almost like fruit puree. To reduce the calorie content of an ice cream shake, you can use skim milk or add fruit juice (natural) instead.







Pour the finished cocktail of berries and ice cream into glasses or glasses immediately, add berries, grated chocolate and serve.
