Layered salad "Birch" with chicken, mushrooms and prunes

Boil the water, salt and boil the fillet in it. We take out the finished fillet from the pan and leave to cool. After cooling, cut it, or tear it with your hands. Eggs are also boiled in a separate container.

Immerse the finished eggs in cold water to speed up the cooling process. Then we break the shell and remove it from the eggs, separate the rolls and yolks and three on a grater. Chop mushrooms and onion.

And fry in sunflower oil until ready, do not forget to salt to taste.


Pickled cucumbers are taken out of the jar, chopped and squeezed from the brine so that excess liquid does not get into the salad. Rinse the prunes well in water and chop into pieces.


Now lay out the layers: the first - chicken + mayonnaise;


the second - fried mushrooms with onions;


the third is grated hard cheese, which we also lightly grease with mayonnaise;


fourth - pickled cucumbers + mayonnaise;


the fifth is prunes.


Grated squirrels mix lay out the next layer.


We cover the top of the salad with yolk, draw a tree trunk on it, lay out the prunes. Decorate with greenery, as if it were foliage.
