  • cold water - 1 tablespoon;
  • refined oil - for frying;
  • freshly ground pepper and salt - to taste.

How to cook pasties in a pan of pita bread with minced meat

To prepare the filling, it is better to take two-thirds of beef and one-third of pork, twist the meat through a meat grinder. Peel the onion and finely chop (you can also chop in a meat grinder), combine with minced meat. Salt and pepper everything to your liking. Add cold water.

Stir the resulting filling until smooth, if desired, you can add a little chopped green onion.

Cut a sheet of pita bread with scissors, you should get four rectangles, slightly round the ends to get the desired shape of a cheburek. Bend the edges a little on the opposite side.

Gently spread the filling on the bottom of the pita bread, press a little with a fork to evenly distribute the minced meat.

Cover the meat filling with a free edge. Lightly dampen the edges with water, then gently press together.

Put the pan on the stove, heat it up, pour in refined oil (not too much). Place one shaped cheburek on a hot surface.

Fry it until golden brown on one side, then turn over and wait until the second side acquires a delicious golden hue.

Proceed in the same way with the rest of the blanks. Now pasties from pita bread with minced meat are completely ready, put them on a paper napkin, so you can get rid of excess fat.

Fragrant and very appetizing "lazy" pies can be served at the table. A great addition would be tomato or cream sauce, try it, you will like it. Bon appetit everyone!
