Champignons stuffed with minced meat and vegetables

Champignons stuffed with minced meat- very tasty and hearty hot appetizer. cook stuffed mushrooms not at all difficult, but you can even serve it on the festive table, because stuffed champignons look very original and beautiful on the table.

Ingredients for Stuffed Mushrooms:

  • Champignon mushrooms - 15 pcs. (large)
  • Minced meat - 250 gr.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Bulgarian pepper, sweet - 0.5 pcs. (red)
  • Dill, parsley - 0.5 bunch (not large)
  • Salt, ground black pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Hard cheese - 4 tbsp. (to rub)

Preparation of stuffed champignons:

Peel and wash the mushrooms as needed. Cut off the leg. With a teaspoon, carefully scrape out the indentations for the filling in the mushroom cap.

Peel onions and carrots, cut into small cubes. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.

Heat a frying pan with oil, place onions, carrots, peppers, minced meat (mix well so that the minced meat does not turn out lumpy), salt, pepper to taste, simmer the whole mass for up to 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add greens, mix, cool a little.

Fill the caps with stuffing, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet on baking paper and bake for 20 minutes.
