Melted cheese rafaello appetizer

Rafaello processed cheese appetizer looks original and beautiful and, of course, it is very tasty.

These are cheese balls made on the basis of processed cheese and rolled in the selected bulk product in the manner of a well-known candy.

Soft processed cheese gives the dish a special delicate creamy taste that cannot be obtained using ordinary cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 2 processed cheese
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 30 g butter
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • olives or pitted olives

Recipe for Raffaello with Garlic Cheese:

1. Peel the boiled eggs, and then grate the whites and yolks separately on a fine grater.

2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

3. Mince the garlic.

4. Mix egg whites, cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and softened butter. Stir the resulting mass until smooth.

You can add a little mayonnaise and chopped fresh herbs.

5. Dry olives or black olives, removing excess liquid.

6. Roll small balls from the cheese mass, after putting an olive inside.


7. Roll each ball in the yolk and put on a dish lined with lettuce.

Raffaello with crab sticks and melted cheese

Ingredients:

  • processed cheese - 2 pcs.
  • egg - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • mayonnaise for binding
  • walnuts - 2 pcs.
  • crab sticks - 100 g

Recipe for cheese rafaello with crab sticks:

1. Grate cheese and eggs on a fine grater.

2. Squeeze a clove of garlic into the resulting mass and put chopped walnuts.

3. Add a spoonful of mayonnaise to the mass, mix everything thoroughly. Form balls from the resulting mass.

4. Rub the crab sticks on a fine grater into a separate plate.

5. Roll the balls in crab sticks. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
