Today I will show you how to make a delicious cake with canned peaches. Peaches are, in my opinion, one of the best fruit supplements there is.

At the moment my favorite biscuit is made with hot milk. This time I decided to try the famous Margarita sponge cake. After baking, I was skeptical about its structure; it seemed oily. But in the cake it “sounded” very, very tasty. I recommend it.

Made my favorite cream cheese cream. Everything fits together perfectly.

I omitted the details of decorating the cake, it’s a matter of chance, your imagination, etc. I made a cake for the christening of our friends daughter. I decorated it with fondant in this theme. Everyone really liked the cake, both in appearance and taste. Everyone is happy and so am I.

First of all, let's prepare a biscuit with beautiful name"Margarita".

Melt the butter. Mix flour with starch and baking powder, sift.


Beat the eggs with sugar until white and in volume. Pour in the dry mixture.


Mix gently with a spatula. Add warm oil and stir again.


Pour the dough into the mold (if you are afraid that it will stick, grease the mold with oil, I didn’t grease it). The diameter of my mold is 19 cm.


Bake the biscuit at 170 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Focus on your oven until the match is dry.

If you have time, wrap the cooled biscuit in film for at least a couple of hours.


Preparing cream with peaches.


Whip the cream into a fluffy, stable cream. Add powder and cheese, beat until smooth.


Pat the peaches dry with a napkin and cut into small cubes. Add to cream. Mix.


Cut the biscuit into three parts.


Assembling the cake. For convenience, it is better to use a split ring. Soak the sponge cake with peach syrup from a jar. Spread half the cream and smooth it out.


Cover with the second sponge cake and do the same with the syrup and cream.


Cover with the last sponge cake. Place the cake with canned peaches in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.


Remove the ring and decorate the cake as desired.

Ingredients:

  3. Flour - 135 g.
  4. Oil (refined vegetable) - 35 ml.
  5. Vanilla.
  6. Two tablespoons of boiling water (tablespoons).

For impregnation:

  1. Two tablespoons of cognac.
  2. Peach syrup - 75 ml.
  1. Sour cream (at least 30% fat) - 350 g.
  2. Sugar - 155 g.
  3. Vanilla.

Filling - peaches (you can take fresh or canned) - 250 g.

Preparing sponge cake for cake

So, let's start preparing the peach cake. Beat the eggs with vanilla and sugar. The mass should turn white and at the same time significantly increase in volume and thicken. Without ceasing to beat, add two tablespoons of boiling water, and then slowly pour in the oil. The mixture should turn into a homogeneous fluffy mass, which will not be so thick, but very airy.

Then sift the flour directly into the beaten eggs and gradually mix gently, starting from the edge and ending with the center. If the egg mass was well and correctly beaten, then baking powder will not be needed. Pour the resulting dough into a baking dish, which we first cover with baking parchment.

We send our biscuit to bake in the oven. At a temperature of 180 degrees, the base will be ready in half an hour. Ready-made sponge cake should cool in the mold, only then can it be taken out and cut into three layers.

Creamy peach filling

To prepare the cake we need impregnation. It is made from peach syrup and cognac. The cakes are treated with this mixture using a teaspoon.

Canned peaches should be cut into cubes. They must drain first to remove excess syrup. Cake with peaches can also be prepared with fresh fruit, then the dessert will also be very tasty.

Now you can proceed to preparing the cream. To do this, beat sour cream with vanilla and sugar until strong peaks form. Sometimes store-bought sour cream stubbornly refuses to whip. In such cases, we recommend adding a special one. Just carefully study the dosage on the bag before use.

So that's it preparatory stages finished, you can start assembling the canned peaches cake. Place half of all the chopped fruit on one of the soaked cake layers. Next, apply a third. Cover the top with the next one. Put the peaches and cream again and cover with a sponge cake with cream.

Coat the finished cake with cream on all sides. We decorate as you wish. The top layer can be sprinkled with cocoa through a strainer, and then sprinkled with white chocolate on top. Before serving, the cake should stand in the refrigerator and soak.

Ingredients for making the dough:

  2. One egg.
  3. Flour - 0.2 kg.
  4. Sugar - 120 g.

  1. Cottage cheese - 0.4 kg.
  2. Sour cream - 200 g.
  3. Sugar - 130 g.

Making curd cake

The cake with peaches and cottage cheese turns out very juicy, tender and tasty. For such a dessert, you can take apricots and other fruits.

Grind the butter with sugar, then add the egg and mix. Next, gradually add flour and baking powder in parts. Knead the dough well. Once it's ready, roll it into a ball and place it in a springform pan. Gradually stretch it along the bottom and sculpt the sides. Then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, vanilla, starch, eggs, sugar, and the juice of half a lemon. First mix all the ingredients, then beat until smooth and pour into the dough pan. And put the halves of peaches on top, they should be partially immersed in curd mass. The peach cake must be baked for about an hour at 180 degrees.

The finished baked goods should cool, after which they should be placed in the refrigerator for an hour. Taste of this dessert develops fully when chilled.

No-bake cake with peaches is another wonderful one. This delicacy is convenient to prepare in the summer. When it's hot outside, there's no desire to turn on the oven. Then a peach cake comes to the rescue, the recipe for which does not even involve baking.

To prepare the peach shortbread cake we will need:

  1. Butter - 130 g.
