Each of the snack dishes is tasty and original in its own way. The treat can be served either as a puff salad or as mixed ingredients seasoned with mayonnaise or another dressing.

The meal turns out to be very satisfying and unusual. The excellent combination of canned corn, cheese, fresh vegetables, sausage and eggs in a delicate salad makes the delicacy pleasant to the taste, since each of the ingredients reveals something special, in a new way. The presence of fresh cucumbers in the dish, not pickled ones, in combination with other products adds special, fresh notes and piquancy to the appetizer salad.

Cooking steps

    To prepare a salad with sausage, cucumber and cheese at home, you need to prepare all the ingredients. We will use boiled eggs, so they should be boiled first.

    Peel the hard-boiled and cooled eggs and cut them into small cubes.

    Canned corn should be drained of water.

    Next you need to start cutting the sausage. It is advisable to purchase a product with a soft texture, because a hard product (dried or uncooked smoked product) is very difficult to cut. For a quick dish, ham, doctor's, Krakow, children's sausage or bacon are also quite suitable. Whichever of the proposed meat products you choose, the taste of the finished dish will be excellent. Uncooked smoked (smoked, cooked-smoked salami or boiled) sausage must be peeled from the casing and then chopped into thin long slices as shown in the photo. You can also dice the sausage (optional). It all depends on your taste preferences.

    Wash fresh cucumbers and then cut them in the same way as sausage (into cubes). If you are preparing a salad not in summer, but in winter, then it is advisable to cut off the peel from the vegetables, since at this time of year the skin of the cucumber contains a lot of nitrates. In addition, peeled cucumbers in a salad will be more tender.

    Cut the hard cheese into cubes. You can also grate the product using a grater (fine or coarse). For the dish, you can use absolutely any type of cheese, for example Adyghe, mozzarella, feta cheese, feta, or your version of the product.

    Peel the onion, wash it, and then finely chop it.

    Peel the carrots, wash and grate on a special grater for Korean carrots. If you don’t have such kitchen equipment, then cut the vegetable into small noodles. Next, place all the prepared ingredients in a deep container (if you want to prepare a non-puff salad). To effectively serve a layered treat in a beautiful bowl, you need to place each product one by one in a salad bowl and make a layer of mayonnaise between the ingredients. Ingredients:

  • garlic – 1 clove,
  • mayonnaise for soaking layers.

Cooking process:

The good thing about these salads is that they are prepared quickly and from what is in the refrigerator. If any component is missing, find a good replacement for it. For example, instead of sausage, you can take boiled chicken fillet or even smoked meat, instead of fresh cucumber, pickled cucumber, and replace hard cucumber with processed cheese.

Let's cook the eggs. In preparing any salad, this is one of the simplest steps to take. Guests arrived and you ran into the kitchen to plug in the kettle? Immediately place them in a saucepan, throw in a pinch of salt, cover with water and send to the fire. How to prepare Tenderness salad

We wash the white cabbage, remove wilted and spoiled leaves. Shred the cabbage into thin strips using a shredder or knife.


Chop the smoked sausage into circles and then chop into strips.


We peel the garlic, wash it and crush it in a garlic press or three on a grater. Add garlic to mayonnaise. Mix the dressing.


Sprinkle the chopped cabbage with salt and squeeze it lightly with your hands to make it juicier and more tender.

This salad with sausage should be laid out in layers, greased with mayonnaise. Place boiled potatoes grated on a fine grater as the first layer on a plate, brush with mayonnaise, add a little salt and pepper.

Cut the sausage into small pieces (cubes). If the sausage is boiled, you can grate it on a coarse grater. Place the sausage in the next layer + a little mayonnaise.
