Vol-au-vents stuffed with cod liver, eggs and green onions (for 8 vol-au-vents)

Ingredients:
200 g cod liver,
3 boiled eggs
1 bunch of green onions
2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise,
1 tsp mustard.

Cooking:
Finely chop the eggs, green onions, mash the cod liver with a fork, mix it all with mayonnaise and mustard, fill the volauna with the finished stuffing. Decorate.

1 chicken breast

200 g sour cream

Cooking:
Cut the chicken meat into pieces and fry it a little in a preheated pan with vegetable oil, add finely chopped onion and fry until the onion is golden.
