  4. Place a dill umbrella and garlic pulp on the bottom of clean jars. Fit the cucumbers, whole or in pieces, tightly.
  5. Cover the top with onion rings.
  6. Prepare the marinade by boiling water with salt and sugar. Add tomato, pepper, bay leaf. Finally, splash in the vinegar.

Cucumbers – 5 kg.

  • Tomato paste – 500 gr.
  • Sugar – 100 gr.
  • Garlic heads – 3 pcs.
  • Table vinegar – 100 ml.
  • Salt – 50 gr.
  • Cloves – 6-8 sticks.
  • Parsley sprigs, bay leaf.

Step-by-step preparation recipe:

  1. Soak the washed cucumbers, with the ends cut off, drain the liquid and dry slightly.
  2. Sterilize the jars in any way (by pouring boiling water, in the oven, and other options).
  3. Place garlic cloves in jars. Next, place the soaked cucumbers.
  4. Fill the jars with boiling water and hold for ¼ hour so that the vegetables have time to warm up.
  5. Drain the cooled water into a saucepan. Measure its volume. If the filling turns out to be more than 2 liters, calculate how much spices you need to add.
  6. Bring the drained liquid to a boil, add tomato, salt, vinegar and sugar. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
  7. Fill the jars to the neck, tighten and cool upside down. You can store it in any conditions, even in the room.

Cucumber salad in tomato – awesome recipe

  • black peppercorns – 5 pcs.;
  • allspice peas – 5 pcs.;
  • bay leaf – 1 pc.;
  • dill umbrellas – 6–9 pcs.;
  • onions – 0.25 kg;
  • garlic – 6–9 cloves.

Cooking method:

  • Wash the cucumbers, trim the edges and soak in cold water for 3 hours. Rinse again and let dry.
  • Boil water, dilute tomato paste in it, pour in vinegar, oil, add salt and sugar, add bay leaf and pepper. Boil the resulting mixture for 15 minutes.
  • Wash the dill, peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into rings, crush the garlic with a special press.
  • Sterilize jars of the same size. It is best to take nine half-liter or six 750-gram ones.

  • Wash the cucumbers, cut off their ends, pour cold water and leave for 3-4 hours.
  • Drain the water, rinse the cucumbers, and let the water drain. If the cucumbers are large, cut them into several pieces.
  • Sterilize the jars. Place a sprig of parsley on the bottom of each bay leaf and cloves.
  • Peel the garlic and place it in jars.
  • Fill the jars with cucumbers, trying to pack them as tightly as possible.
  • Boil water and pour over the cucumbers, cover with lids and leave for a quarter of an hour.
  • Pour the water into the pan through a special plastic lid with holes and a spout.
  • Bring the drained water to a boil, refill the cucumber jars with it and leave for 15 minutes.
  • Pour the water back into the pan and measure the amount. In the recipe, the amount of tomato paste and other ingredients is indicated on the basis that 2 liters of marinade will be required. If it turns out that you need less or more of it, then the amount of ingredients will need to be changed proportionally.
  • Prepare a marinade from tomato paste, sugar, salt, vinegar and water. You can take clean water or drained water from jars of cucumbers. Bring the marinade to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes, then pour it over the cucumbers.
  • Roll up the jars, turn them over and wrap them until cool. After the jars have cooled, remove them winter storage to the pantry.

  • vegetable oil – 150 ml;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • salt – 50 g;
  • table vinegar (9 percent) – 100 ml;
  • water – 0.25 l.

Cooking method:

  • Wash the soaked cucumbers and cut into semicircles about 2-3 cm thick. Place in a saucepan.
  • Mix the sauce with water and vinegar.
  • Peel the onion and garlic, grind them through a meat grinder and add to the tomato mixture.
  • Add salt and sugar and stir.
  • Pour in the oil and stir again.

  • sugar – 8 tbsp. l.;
  • salt – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • vinegar – 200 g;
  • garlic – 2 heads;
  • dry dill - to taste;
  • horseradish leaves or root.

Preparation:

Wash the cucumbers and tomatoes thoroughly and start cooking.



Cut off the tops of the cucumbers on both sides; they will not be needed. Next, cut the cucumbers into 2-3 cm pieces. If your cucumbers are young and small, you can not cut them, but put them whole or cut them into rings.


We cut the tomatoes into arbitrary pieces and pass them through a meat grinder. Peel the garlic, wash the horseradish with dill.



Place horseradish leaf, dill and garlic into clean jars. Fold the cucumbers as evenly as possible.


Preparing tomato juice. Bring the tomatoes to a boil in a saucepan, then cook for about 20 minutes. Next, it is best to strain, otherwise the seeds will only interfere with the juice. You should get 3 liters of juice. Put the juice on the fire again, add salt and sugar. Then add vinegar 5 minutes before the end of cooking.


For 5 jars of cucumbers we need about 3 liters of tomato juice. And if you succeed more cucumbers, immediately prepare more, about 6 liters.


Pour the tomato juice into jars and cover with a lid.
