Chocolate cheesecake pie “Fair. Chocolate cake with cottage cheese in a slow cooker Chocolate cake with cottage cheese in a slow cooker

A very interesting recipe for a cheesecake pie with curd filling. Depending on the quality of the cottage cheese, the pie may look completely different. Sometimes the dough does not absorb the curd filling. Sometimes the curd stops in the middle of the pie, and sometimes (like mine) it sinks to the bottom. Apparently this unpredictable behavior of the pie gave it the name “Fair”. However, the pie always tastes consistently delicious, no matter where the filling is placed.

Instead of starch, you can put the same amount of semolina into the pie filling. I cooked it with semolina and starch. The taste is almost the same, but with semolina the pie turns out even juicier. Try different options and find the one you like best.

Both the dough and filling in this cheesecake pie are liquid. This is quite unusual. Therefore, it takes quite a long time for baking.

Prepare the necessary products.

Steam the raisins with boiling water.

In a multicooker, turn on any program and place butter in the multicooker bowl. As soon as it starts to thaw, turn off the multicooker. Usually 1-2 minutes is enough. Wait for the butter to completely melt. Grease the walls of the multicooker bowl.

Beat eggs with sugar. Add sour cream and pour oil from the multicooker bowl here. Mix everything well with a mixer at low speed.

Sift flour with cocoa and soda.

Mix dry and liquid ingredients until smooth.

Mix cottage cheese with eggs, sugar, starch and vanillin. Beat everything with a blender until you obtain a homogeneous liquid curd filling.

Add raisins to the curd filling and stir.

First pour the chocolate batter into the slow cooker. Then pour the filling into the center of the dough. Set the "Baking" program. If your multicooker model allows it, immediately set the baking time to 1 hour 40 minutes. If this is not possible, then turn on the program for 60 minutes, and after the end of the program, turn it on again for 40 minutes.

After finishing the “Baking” program, leave the cheesecake in the “Warming” mode for 20 minutes.

Then remove the multicooker bowl and set aside until the pie cools completely. Remove the cooled cake from the multicooker bowl using the steam tray.

Slice and serve. A very tasty chocolate cheesecake pie is ready.

Chocolate cake made from cottage cheese in a slow cooker.

  • Total Time: 03h 20min
  • Preparation: 30 min
  • Preparation: 60 minutes
  • Total time: 1,5 hour

Ingredients for the crust:

  • Chocolate 2 bars (it is best to take bitter chocolate)
  • Margarine or butter 150 gr.
  • Sugar 200 gr.
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Eggs 4 pieces. For the curd cake we will need:
  • Cottage cheese (any kind, most importantly, not low-fat) can be replaced with 400 grams of curd mass without additives.
  • Coconut shavings (optional) 30 gr.
  • Salt ½ tsp.
  • Baking powder 1 tsp.
  • Pinch of red pepper optional.
  • Vanillin 1 pack.

Instructions:

    1. Melt the chocolate slices in a water bath, add the butter, previously cut into cubes. While the mixture is cooling, beat 3 eggs and half the sugar in a deep bowl. With the mixer running at full speed, pour in the chocolate and butter mixture. Beat lightly.
    2. Pour into a saucepan: flour, salt, baking powder and pepper. Stir and sift into the chocolate mixture.
    3. In a mixer, combine cottage cheese, the remaining egg, 100 grams of sugar and a bag of vanillin. Add shavings and mix. The consistency of the curd and butter mixture should be approximately the same.
    4. Lightly grease the multicooker bowl with butter or line it with parchment and pour in the two types of dough unevenly. Pour in the chocolate mixture first, followed by the curd mixture, continue until the entire mixture is used up. This way your cake will be flaky.
    5. Depending on the power of your equipment, turn on the “Bake” button for one hour. Cooking time can vary from one hour to one and a half hours. The finished cake may be slightly damp, but there is no need to worry at all; after it has completely cooled, the mass will strengthen itself.

Tips for preparing cottage cheese dessert in a slow cooker:

  1. — Is the curd mass very different in consistency from the chocolate mass? You can add two spoons of sour cream (if the dough is thick), or a couple of spoons of starch, if, on the contrary, it is thin. - If your children do not like grainy cottage cheese, then you can quickly replace it with curd mass, this will not change the taste of the cake at all. The main thing: take into account the fact that if you use the mixture with raisins and other additives (dried apricots, prunes), then the cake will turn out more crumbly. - Serve the cake completely cooled, when it has finally “set.”

Below we describe in detail the step-by-step preparation of the dish, namely a juicy and airy chocolate pie:

  1. Take the butter and melt it in the microwave and let it cool. Using a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar until the consistency becomes homogeneous. Then add sour cream and a little butter. Mix thoroughly again.
  2. Take out a bowl and sift flour, baking soda and cocoa powder through it, mix with a spoon. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients and stir vigorously with a whisk. Knead the dough until it forms a homogeneous structure. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and place the dough inside.
  3. Take out the blender and beat two eggs with sugar, add cottage cheese and bring the resulting consistency until smooth. It is very important that there are no lumps in the resulting mass. Both layers must be at the same level.
  4. On the multicooker, set the special “Baking” mode and set the cooking time to 80 minutes. Cook the pie at a temperature of 110-120 degrees. After an hour, you can check the readiness of the pie. Some multicookers cook faster, depending on the manufacturer and power.
  5. Remove the finished chocolate-curd pie from the multicooker and let it cool slightly upside down.
  6. You can serve the dessert warm or cold. This yummy dish will keep in the refrigerator for about four days. An important point: in the refrigerator the dough will shrink slightly in size and change shape slightly.
