  • large onion;

  • vegetable oil.

Cooking method:

1. To prepare the dough, mix all the products in a deep bowl (we make an exception only for butter, using 3 spoons in the mix). The finished dough should have a soft structure and stick to your hands. After that, pour the remaining oil into it and knead until smooth. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave for at least half an hour.


2. Place the finely chopped head of cabbage in a bowl, pour boiling water over it and leave for 10 minutes.


3. Chop the onion. Pour no more than 3 tbsp into the bowl of the device. spoons of sunflower oil, select the “Frying” panel, the type of product “Vegetables”, set the timer for 18 minutes, and click “Start.” After 3 minutes, when the oil is hot, add the onion, sauté for five minutes and add the squeezed cabbage.
