  • 6-7 potatoes;

  2. Place in a deep container, add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, squeeze out the garlic. Leave to soak for half an hour.

  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and cover with a layer of tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes at 190°C.

  • tomatoes - half a kilo;
  • salt - to your taste;
  • hard cheese – 80-100 g;
  • garlic – 3-4 cloves;
  • a small bunch of greenery;
  • olive oil – 20 ml;
  • breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp. spoons.

How to bake tomatoes with cheese in the oven

1. Wash the vegetables and, using a very sharp knife, cut into circles no less than 1-1.5 cm thick (no need to peel the skin of the tomatoes). Take a baking dish, grease it a little with vegetable oil and place the tomato slices so that they slightly overlap each other. Lightly salt.

2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and transfer it to a separate bowl.


3. Chop the garlic cloves with a knife or pass through a press. Wash and finely chop the dill. Add the herbs and garlic to the cheese.


4. Add butter and breadcrumbs.


5. Mix everything well.


6. Distribute the resulting mass evenly on top of the tomatoes.

Spice lovers can lightly sprinkle the tomatoes with a mixture of Provençal or Italian herbs before putting them in the oven.

7. Heat the oven to 200 degrees, place the mold with tomatoes in it for half an hour maximum. Serve the dish hot.
