While kneading the dough, add flour little by little. Don't make the dough too dense. In many recipes they write that you need to add flour until the dough stops taking it and so that it does not stick to your hands. This case does not suit us, the dough should be soft and elastic. The denser the dough, the heavier the cake, and we need a light, porous cake. The dough will stick to your hands, but do not add flour, but rather grease your hands with sunflower oil.

This is what the dough should look like, now cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place for an hour and a half. You can fill the bathtub with warm water and place a cup of dough in it.

While the dough is rising, let's start cutting the products. Usually we carry out the cutting procedure with the whole family, it is quick, and everyone can say that they participated in the preparation of the pizza. Let's start, for example, with onions. Cut the onion into half rings.

We cut the tomatoes into rings; if that doesn’t work, then you can use half rings. There is no fundamental difference here.

The next step is to cut the bell pepper; if you don’t like it, you can add, for example, fried mushrooms. In a word - improvise.

It is advisable to cut cucumbers for pizza into thin slices - they are softer, and if the skin is hard, then cut it off.

Cut the sausage into small cubes. I repeat once again, don't skimp on sausage, you'll have to eat it yourself.

All that remains is to grate the cheese on a coarse grater and wait for our dough to rise.

When the dough is ready, you will see that it has increased several times.

Grease the pan with sunflower oil, separate a piece of approximately two-thirds of the dough from the main mass and distribute it evenly over the entire surface of the pan so that you get something like a large pancake.

Turn on the oven and set the regulator to 200 degrees. While you are forming the pizza, during this time your oven will heat up.
The final stage has begun. Take three teaspoons of tomato paste and dilute them in water to make a thick tomato juice, and spread it with a spoon over the surface of the pancake. Reserve some tomato for the remaining piece of dough. Place sausage on top in one layer.

You will need: 350 g cherry tomatoes, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 clove garlic, 140 g young goat cheese, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. For the dough: 175 ml warm water, 25 g grated parmesan, 1 package of dry yeast, 300 g wheat flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 0.5 tablespoon salt. For decoration: 100 g grated Parmesan, a sprig of basil, a little freshly ground pepper.

For yeast dough, first combine flour and yeast in a deep bowl, and then add all the other ingredients. To make the dough smooth and homogeneous, you can knead it using a mixer using an attachment with a hook: first work with it at minimum speed, and then increase it to maximum and knead for about 5 minutes. Cover the finished dough with a towel and leave in a warm place until it increases noticeably. Line a baking tray with baking paper. For the filling, cut the washed tomatoes into thin slices. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the goat cheese into slices too. Lightly sprinkle the work surface with flour, turn out the dough, divide into 10 parts, shape them into balls and, with greased hands, make flat cakes about 12x5 cm in size. Place the cakes on a baking sheet, fan out the tomato slices, slices of cheese on top, season with salt, pepper, garlic, sprinkle a little olive oil and bake for 20 minutes at 200°. Wash the basil, pat dry, separate the leaves from the stem and cut into strips. Before serving, sprinkle the pizza with pepper and garnish with Parmesan and basil.

You will need: 4-5 tablespoons of flour (topped), 8 tablespoons of sour cream, half a bell pepper, 2 eggs, 0.5 teaspoon of soda, 100 g of chicken ham, 2 medium tomatoes, half an onion, 50 g of parmesan and hard cheese, 3-4 pieces of champignon mushrooms, vegetable oil, 1 clove of garlic, a mixture of dried Italian herbs, salt, paprika and fresh herbs to taste.

Cut the ham and mushrooms into thin slices, tomatoes into slices, bell peppers into thin strips. Finely chop the garlic and onion. Grate the cheeses. To prepare the dough, combine eggs with sour cream. Mix well, add soda (it will be extinguished by the acidity of sour cream), flour, salt, paprika, aromatic Italian herbs and mix everything well. Grease a frying pan, heat it up, pour in the dough, spread the filling over the surface, sprinkle with hard cheese and cook over medium heat, covered, for about a quarter of an hour. Serve pizza with fresh herbs and grated Parmesan.

Recipe 4.

You will need: 2 balls of mozzarella cheese, 2 hunting sausages, 10 cherry tomatoes, 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce or homemade ketchup, 2 sprigs of basil, a mixture of dried Provencal or Italian herbs, olive oil. For yeast-free dough: 2 cups flour, 2 eggs, half a cup of warm milk, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon olive oil.

Combine the sifted flour with salt, pour onto the work surface, forming a slide. Make a depression in the center. In a deep bowl, mix eggs with warm milk, pour in olive oil and add the resulting mixture in small portions to the “well” made in flour. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, constantly dusting your hands with flour. When the dough becomes elastic, form it into a ball, place it in a deep bowl, cover with a damp towel and let stand for a quarter of an hour. Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a sheet approximately 30 cm in diameter and brush with olive oil. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves, mozzarella and hunting sausages into circles. Cover the barbecue grill with a triple layer of foil, generously grease with oil and heat over the coals. Stretch the dough slightly with your hands, oil it again and place on well-heated foil. You will need: 80 g mozzarella cheese, 150 g honey mushrooms, 50 g ham or smoked sausage, 1 purple onion, 25 ml olive oil, 1 tomato, pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon Provençal herbs, 500 g puff pastry, 50 g pitted olives, 2 tablespoons sweet chili pepper.

Rinse the mushrooms well in hot water. Cut off the rough parts of the legs. Coarsely chop the honey mushrooms and fry in olive oil (over medium heat for 7 minutes). Season with salt and Provençal herbs. Honey mushrooms in this homemade pizza recipe can be replaced with champignons. Sift the flour onto the work surface in the form of a slide, making a depression in the middle - put sour cream, butter, raw eggs there, add salt, sugar and pour in vodka. From the resulting ingredients, quickly knead an elastic, homogeneous dough, roll it into a ball and let it “rest” for half an hour at room temperature. The alcohol in this recipe is needed to ensure that the dough turns out crispy after baking. Place the whole pumpkin in a refractory dish, sprinkle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200°. When cool, cut into small slices. Roll out the dough. Oil a baking sheet, sprinkle with flour, spread the dough on it in a thin layer, grease the flatbread with oil, and top with thinly sliced ​​onions, pumpkin slices, sprinkle the vegetables with Italian herbs, freshly ground black pepper and lightly salt. You will need: 200 g of ham, half an onion, 240 g of fresh or frozen green beans, 170 g of hard cheese, 0.5 bunch of dill, 4 tomatoes, 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce. For the dough: 200 ml kefir, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 0.5 teaspoon soda, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 2.5 cups flour, 0.5 teaspoon sugar.

Quench the soda with vinegar. Sift the flour. Lightly beat the eggs with a whisk (or fork), then mix with kefir, salt and sugar. Then add slaked soda and, gradually adding flour, stir with a wooden spoon. The dough should be like very thick sour cream in consistency. Preheat the oven to 180º. Pour the dough into a large, greased and floured pan. Place in the oven for 10 minutes. Cut the ham into thin strips, finely chop the onion. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into slices. For the dough: 7 g dry yeast, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 0.5 teaspoon sugar, 100 ml boiled water, 1.5 cups flour.

Sift the flour and mix with the yeast. Dissolve salt and sugar in warm water. Gradually add salt and sugar dissolved in water to the flour mixed with yeast. Knead the elastic dough - first with a spatula and then with your hand. Then pour in the oil little by little and knead until the dough becomes smooth (vegetable oil will make it elastic). Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a napkin and leave in a warm place for 2 hours (you want it to increase significantly in volume). Cut the peeled zucchini into circles 1.2-1.4 cm thick. Then cut out the core with seeds from each circle to make rings, sprinkle with salt, lightly rubbing it into the vegetables so that they are soaked and release juice. Cut the ham into cubes, the bell pepper into thin strips, the tomato into slices, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Grind the cheese into small shavings using a grater. Roll the dough into balls the size of a walnut, then form them into flat cakes so that they are 1-1.5 cm larger in size than the zucchini rings, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with olive oil. Place the zucchini on the tortillas, lightly pressing them into the dough, cover with tomato sauce, and first put the pepper inside the rings, then the ham - so that they are completely filled. Cover the rings with tomato slices, sprinkle with Parmesan and decorate with cherry “buttons”. Bake for a quarter of an hour at 220°. Serve to the table, garnished with greens.

You will need: 200 ml of sour cream, a pinch of salt, 1 coffee spoon of sugar, 2 cups of flour, 200 g of butter. For the filling: 4 apples, half a glass of sour cream, 1 glass of peeled walnuts, salt and sugar to taste.

Prepare sour cream pizza dough by mixing flour, salt, sugar, softened butter and sour cream.
